Getting to the property: Fly to either Alicante or Murcia Airport see directions on seperate word document sent to all valid bookings. alicante about 55 minutes murcia about 30 minutes. Car rental companies listed for your convenience on another document. Amenities: Close to Villamartin golf club 5/6 minutes and 2 other clubs costing about €100 per round. There is a well maintained large private pool ,shower and pool side furniture available. Also BBQ patio and bench One can travel to the beaches easily and the beaches are free and clean. There is an emergency health center (24 hour) in San Miguel. Hope you do not need it. There is a very good market in Playa Flaminco which is behind Mercadona supermarket on the N332 Every Saturday. Quality market in San Miguel De Salinas every Wednesday. Always be aware of your person and you handbag and never leave any valuables visible on the seats of your car. If you have central locking, lock the car from the inside when you are driving. Owners: The owners are particular and the villa would suit 3 couples or a family with 12/14 year old children. Children under 10 most welcome if aware of Pool safety and are swimmers. No single men or women groups. ideal for 2 golfing couples with 3 great courses within 10 minutes. We have left a list of helpful notes in the house regarding restaurants, etc .We love our house and will retire there soon. We wish to rent to people who appreciate the situation in the meantime and want caring people and hope that they enjoy themselves. For long lets a land line at additional cost will be provided. Golf: Less than 12 minutes from Villamartin golf club also commercial centre with fine reasonable restaurants and supermarket. Also Campramora & Les Rambles golf club on way to beach. Cost €100 (approx) per round. A new MERCADONA supermarket is built on the road to Campramore (beaches). This facility will serve this new growing area and you can do your beach shopping on the way to the beach and on return you house shopping. Great. This beautiful property was exactly as described.. The villa was light, spacious, modern, airy, spotlessly clean, and in a highly desirable , quiet rersidential area.. It was extremely well equipped throughout and near to all local amenities.My family of four had a fabulous, relaxing holiday and would highly recommend it to prospective renters, both long term and short term. The private pool was a particular delight and very well maintained. We loved it!!
