Our villa, built in 2003, is situated on the desirable Los Dolses development close to three excellent golf courses and the lively Villamartin complex. It has superb views overlooking a lemon grove and down to the sea in the distance. The pleasant south facing pool (8m x 4m) and garden areas benefit from all day sun and are superb for sunbathing and barbequing. In addition there is a covered patio offering comfortable shading during the midday heat. A table, chairs, parasol and sunloungers are provided for use around the pool and garden. Gift shops, supermarkets, banks, cafes and restaurants are all just a short distance from the villa. Several blue flag beaches are within easy reach, the nearest, La Zenia with its fine white sands is only five minutes drive away. The nearby towns of Torrevieja , San Miguel and Los Montesenos are within 15 minutes drive and all have weekly markets.

The villa is ideally situated for golfers, families and couples who want to get the best out of a holiday. Only 5 minutes from 3 Championship Golf Courses, 20 minutes from Murcia airport or 45 minutes from Alicante. This is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers alike with beaches, water sports, go karting, safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. Nearby Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies and there is also a Water Park in Quesada which is about 15 minutes drive away. This area of the Costa Blanca or White Coast enjoys more than 2,800 hours of sunshine per year and maintains an average year round temperature of 24°C. The World Health Organisation describes the area as having one of the 'healthiest climates in the world'. Year round warm temperatures and proximity of two salt lakes rich in minerals cause a drying effect in the air, reducing humidity and producing a healthy atmosphere.

  • A reservation deposit of 25% is required to confirm a booking with the balance of the rental becoming due two months prior to travel.

Notes: Air-conditioning/heating is installed in the living room and all bedrooms. Towels are supplied for shower/bath, please bring your own beach/pool towels. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen there is an iron and ironing board. The separate utility room houses a washing machine and sink. Satellite TV has all the British terrestrial channels + Sky news and others. To the rear of the villa the area around the pool is a paved and overlooks the lemon grove. There is an outdoor table and chairs and 6 sun loungers around the pool. A side garden offers space to sit and relax, having a barbecue flowering plants and young trees. The local agents will be available for help and assistance and will meet you at the villa to hand over keys. IMPORTANT: ARRIVAL TIME 4pm onwards, DEPARTURE TIME before 10am. Please also note that although all facilities on the villa are considered to meet safety standards the owners cannot accept responsibility for any injury or loss that may occur during your stay

Lovely villa - with everything that you need for a relaxing holiday. Plenty of space with shade from the midday sun. Very quiet and peaceful location. Easy to find. Nice pool. You will need a car to explore the beaches and find the restaurants in the area. If you have children and Sky TV at home, don't forget to take your sky card with you.

On the whole the interior of the property was well presented and clean. However, there was a lack of kitchen equipment including mismatched crockery and poor drinking glasses. Also towels were of poor quality for what was described as a luxury villa as well as bed linen. On the bright side the air conditioning was excellent being efficient and quiet. However, the real disappointment was outside being dirty and the outside sunbathing equipment was soiled and frayed around the edges. The pool was not up to standard of cleanliness we have come to expect having hired villas for the last 5-6 years. The pool was not cleaned in the time we were there nor was there any eqipment to remove debris from the pool, hence everything eventually fell to the bottom clouding the water. We did however enjoy the large outdoor space.
Owner's Response: I am sorry to hear that this guest experienced some problems during her stay at villa Limas Golf. Unfortunately, towards the end of a busy summer period, some equipment can become ‘tired’ and may need replacing. It can also happen that during cleaning, when there are only a few hours between guests leaving and the next arriving, some areas can be overlooked.
The pool is cleaned weekly (usually during preparation for guest arrival) so it is not unusual for this cleaning to go unobserved by guests during a one week stay.
The villa managers, who are neighbours, are very approachable and willing to assist. It is therefore a pity that the guest did not express her concerns to them at the time when perhaps these disappointments could have been addressed directly.
