Spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom house situated at Torre Golf IV in Villamartin. Catering for 2-6 people and suitable for couples, families and golfing parties. The property is set on 2 floors and comes completely furnished to a high standard. On the ground floor there is a comfortable lounge, kitchen and dining area for at least 6 people, a bedroom and shower room. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer. On the first floor there are further 2 bedrooms and bathroom, roof terrace which leads to a secluded solarium. Garden/terrace furniture is also provided. The property has air conditioning and fanlights in some rooms. It is SOUTH facing and shares the facilities of a communal pool. It is also fully alarmed and offers off street parking. The property is situated within a short 5 to 15 minute drive to local shopping centres, restaurants, bars, golf courses and beaches.

There is an array of places to visit and attractions including for young children theme parks such as Terra Mitica/Natura (1 hour drive), Aquapolis (15 minutes), Mundomar. Alicante and Murcia airports are approximately 45 minutes drive away.

Rental Charges - This varies as outlined on the rental section. This includes electricity and gas, linen and bath towels. Beach and pool towels are not included. A £100 booking fee deposit is required at least within one week of booking. However full payment is required if the booking is made any time up to 7 days before travel! Should there be a cancellation 2 weeks before travel , the deposit is non refundable. In addition a refundable deposit of £100 must be paid on or before arrival to cover any breakage or damage caused.
