COSTA BRAVA, Ampurda is the name of the region where the apartment is situated. Loved by local people for its beautiful country side and coast. The apartment is in a quiet residential area, next to a protected rice plantation, in the mouth of the river Daro. The flat has it's own enclosed garden (ideal for children) on the beach. The extensive beach is ideal for windsurfing, and all other water sports (scuba diving in Las Medas). Behind the apartment there is a communal area. In the picture you can see one of the swimming pools; two of them are smaller for children. Behind this area there is Pals Golf Course. There are other two golf courses and a pitch & put near by. No far from here there is a wonderful mountain area for mountain bikers or just walking. All around there are typical coastal villages to visit: Calella de Palafrugell, L'Escala, St. Marti d'Ampuries. Inland you can find interesting roman cities as Peratallada, Monells, Ullastret, Pals, including the city of Girona.

There are wonderful see view, from the flat, especially from the living room and the suite. From the terrace you can see Illas Medas, just in front of Pals Beach. It's a natural submarine reserve, well know for scuba diving (more than 3.500 sea animals can be seen, some of them rare, they still here because the sediment aportation of river Ter, which mouth is just in front of them.
