"Nous avons été très content de louer cet appartement. Par quoi commencer?
Les :
- Begur est vraiment très charmant!
- Les contacts mails avec les propriétaires sont cordiaux.
- Une personne polyglotte attend votre appel téléphonique lorsque vous êtes arrivé sur place et vous apporte les clefs.
- L'appartement est au 1er étage ce qui facilite les choses quand on revient les bras chargés
- il est très propre.
- il a une décoration sympa
- Il est très bien placé
- Il est bien équipé et tout fonctionne parfaitement
- La terrasse ( à peu près 10m²) à une vue très agréable
Les - :
- Le parking près de la résidence est très souvent complet(août): Nous allions nous garer sur le parking du supermarché à 300m (rien de méchant).
- L'appartement n'est pas super bien isolé au niveau phonique (comme beaucoup d'appartement en Espagne) et les voisins du dessus n'ont pas dû s'en rendre compte lors de notre séjour...
- L'appartement n'est pas très loin d'une route très passagère le week-end mais qui ne gène pas la semaine. (C'est souvent le cas dans les locations en centre de ville).
- Pas de canapé mais (de mémoire): 3 fauteuils, 6 chaises de salle à manger, 6 fauteuils de terrasse
En conclusion nous conseillons vivement cet appartement qui nous a apporté satisfaction pour nos vacances."
"We were very happy to rent this apartment. Where to begin?
The:
- Begur is really charming!
- Contacts mails with the owners are friendly.
- A multilingual person is waiting for your call when you arrive on site and gives you the keys.
- The apartment is on the first floor, which makes things easier when you come back with an armful
- It is very clean.
- He has a nice decoration
- It is very well placed
- It is well equipped and everything works perfectly
- The Terrace (about 10m ²) with a nice view
The -:
- Parking near the residence is very often full (August): We were going to park on the supermarket 300m (nothing nasty).
- The apartment is not very well insulated to the phonetic level (as many apartment in Spain) and the upstairs neighbors did not realize it had during our stay ...
- The apartment is not very far from a busy road passing the weekend but that does not hamper the week. (This is often the case in rentals in the town center).
- No couch, but (from memory): 3 seats, 6 chairs dining room, 6 chairs terrace
In conclusion, we strongly recommend this apartment which gave us satisfaction for our vacation.
