Surrounded by pine forest and with a nice view to Mongri mountain this residential complex is situated 1.400 m. from the beach and in front of Platja de Pals golf course. Full exterior apartment with 3 exterior double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry and spacious living/dinning room. There are 2 nice terraces with views to the very spacious communitarian area with garden and swimming pool. Parking. Direct connection with lift from the parking to the apartment. The distance to Les Serres golf is 2 Km and Emporda Golf is only 7 Km.

    1-Deposit: The Tenant will pay a deposit of 250 €. at entry against possible damage to the property or it’s contents. The deposit will be repaid at the end of the tenancy after verification that no damage has been made.
    At entry the dwelling will be clean and furnished as advised. SERVI SA PUNTA can provide a cleaning service during the term of the lease at an additional charge.
    Any rental contract will not be valid until the acknowledgement of receipt of the 50 % of the total rental price.

Nice place, good size and well equipped apartments, need a car to get to beaches, places to eat. Good places to eat inlend, Peretallada/Pals/Begur.
Lots of Dutch and Spanish holiday makers.
