PORT PALS is a residential site in front of the beach with a magnificent communal garden and swimming pool ideal for children. This apartment has a very comfortable layout, divided in two parts. Kitchen, living-dining area and a big terrace in front of the beach with a magnificent view. The two bedrooms and the two bathrooms at the other site, with a terrace facing the communal garden and swimming pool. The situation of the two terraces (one on the EST and the other on the South) let the possibility to enjoy the whole day of a terrace with or without sun, and makes an air circulation very comfortable reducing the outside temperature. The distance to a supermarket and restaurant is 200 m. There is an exterior parking place in the communal property.

We are located in an essential destination, Playa de Pals, a village in Catalonia’s most northerly coastal province .The French border is only 40 miles away and we have a very easy access to Barcelona and Girona airports, they are only 90 minutes and 45 minutes driving distance. Its an especial area to enjoy cycle touring and walking through the woods, the dunes, the beach , the wetlands, and the rice fields.

We are happy that we got nice apartments near the beach for a fair price. As it was not a season time (middle of September) it was very quiet and not crowded - just perfect surroundings for holiday! I still remember watching sunrise, while having breakfast in our balcony (terrace).

Nice location close to beach and pool. however there is a caravan camping park very close and there was a really Loud outside disco most night up to midnight and lots of noisy teenagers around to local streets in the early hours of the morning.
The apartment also needs air conditioning.
Owner's Response: First of all I am very sorry my clients didn’t have a wonderful time during his holiday in this apartment, that it’s the most important to me.
It’s very difficult to have rules which content all the people. Midnight is consider a reasonable hour time on summer holiday periods to finish music in Bars, pubs or discothèques. Some clients consider this is too early and some thinks it’s too late
In what we could have helped was with the noisy in the early hours of the day, if I have had known I could have asked the municipal police to make more surveillance.
Air conditioning is an improvement and this is always good, but this is not always necessary in this area. This summer and on 2003 the weather temperatures have been high and the temperature sensation due to humidity very high.
