These are two identical apartments situated in a elegant modern building bordered by two canals and the seafront. The apartments are spacious and have wonderful views of the two canals, the seafront and the Pyrénées. Each apartment is fully equipped and has a large terrace that overlooks the canals and you can eat outside while watching the boats sailing by. The building is ideally situated in the town center yet only three minutes walk from the beach. The shops, restaurants, bus stop, taxi rank and therefore access to the train station in FIGERES or the airport in GIRONA are three minutes away by foot. A shuttle service exists between EMPURIABRAVA and GIRONA airport as well as FIGERES Train station. EMPURIABRAVA is also the departure point for many excursions to local tourist sights - BARCELONA, AQUALAND etc - further information can be got from the local tourist office. FIGERES is 11 km away and has a direct train service to BARCELONA.

This Apartment has two double bedrooms with balconies - one with a double bed and one with twin beds overlooking the seafront and the canal where the boats are docked. It has two separate bathrooms and a large living room that leads onto a large terrace that is equipped with a table and chairs so as you can eat outdoors and enjoy the view. The living room is open plan with an American bar that separates the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine ,fridge, electric hotplates and microwave. The apartment can be used in the winter as it is centrally heated.

Apartments on 1st and 2nd floor of modern building with view of seafront and nearby Pyrenees Mountains. The apartments are situated between two canals at the entrance to the seafront. The larger sailing boats are docked at these canals as they cannot go any further into the town due to small bridges that only allow the passage of smaller boats. One can watch the boats passing by form the balconies of the apartments . The apartments are also about 11 km from FIGERES where the DALI museum is situated or20km from CADAQUES, about half an hour from the Pyrénées and about an hour and a half from BERCELONA by autopista or train.

The apartment was excellent and Bernadette & Henri, made us feel really at home.
The area is ideal to stay local, with really friendly restaurants and bars, or as a base to travel to some of the amazing sites near by.
We would definitely recommend it to all as a wonderful place to stay.
