In the beach you can practise all kind of watersports, there are also showers, volley beach and there is also a watched beach with a Red Cross facility. The Palamós hospital is at 5min drive. You can find also restaurants nearby, 100m just by the beach too. The apartment has an impressive view tho the beach and to the garden. La Fosca is very near from Palamós, Playa de Aro and Pals. In these towns you can find golf courses, a water park, a scuba diving school and a modern sailing school. The Marina of Palamós is at just 5 minutes drive, so if you come by boat this could be also your place. This apartment shares with ten neighbours a garden of 3000 m2. The parking which belongs to the municipality of Palamós is in a 20 meters distance. It is completely free with the exception of July and August when you have to pay around 3 euros per day. However in the streets near by you can park without charge.

Notes to the rental rates

• Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price. Visitors need to take their own beach towels. By bank transfer you have to secure your booking paying 30% of the total amount of the renting. The star date in cash you have to pay the other 70% of the renting and 300 euros for breakages deposit that will be refund the end date if everything is ok. Changeover day is Saturday. Check-out by 10:00 am. Check-in after 5:00 pm.
• There is an option to rent the linen for double bed:15 euros, for single bed:8 euros. Towels: one big and one medium size: 4 euros. there is an additional charge for heating: 50 euros which is 2 electric fires and 3 paraffin/ kerosene heaters or gas butane.

The apartment shares a fantastic garden with ten families. The garden has 3000 m2 which includes a forest, a pelota court, and a wonderful view from the beach. You can sit there with your children or let them play freely. There are nice beaches which you can visit by car and there are great coves which can be visited just walking. Ideal to do walking and see one of the best parts from Costa Brava like cala Salguer or Castell beach.
