The apartment is part of a small, quiet, exclusive development, 5 minutes to beaches, restaurants, shops and beautiful countryside. The apartment has 3 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bathrooms, kitchen with washing machine, living/dining-room with an extra double sofa-bed for another two adult persons and a nice terrace with a fantastic sea view. Tenants of the apartment also have access to a privat swimming-pool, situated directly at the house. The apartment is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday at the Costa Brava, not far away from historic Tossa de Mar and lively Lloret. - Should this apartment be booked already for your desired holiday period, do not hesitate in requesting as I do have another very similar apartments for rent in the same area which might still be available!

Notes to the rental rates

• When the apartment at Playa Brava is rented, a down payment of 300 € or 200 Pounds Sterling is required. Booking is only confirmed when the down payment has been received. The rest of the renting rate is required 8 weeks before the start of the holiday date. If all payments due are not paid in full and on time, I reserve the right to treat your holiday as cancelled by you. Upon arrival a security bail of 150 € is required which will be returned on the day of departure if the villa has been properly vacated. The rent is reserved exclusively for the people named on the confirmation and no other persons whatsoever are permitted to stay there unless this has been agreed with me in writing. You must vacate the property during the morning on the day of departure (until 10.00 a.m.) to enable cleaning and preparation to be completed prior to the arrival of new guests. The apartment is ready for your occupancy after 10.00 a.m. until 10.00 p.m.
  

Accommodation and Facilities for the apartment on the Costa Brava - Girona, Spain

Location

Location Easy access from Barcelona Airport (about 100 km) and Girona Airport (about 35 km). The apartment is located at 'Playa Brava' (belongs to Tossa de Mar), an exclusive, quiet development set above the hidden tranquil bays 'Cala Morisca' and 'Cala Canyelles', in about 5 km distance to lively Lloret de Mar and 5 Km distance to historic Tossa de Mar. The apartment lies in about 800 metres distance to the beautiful beach Cala Canyelles where you find an excellent restaurant, the harbour 'Club Nautico' and all sorts of sea sports facilities (there are also tennis facilities close by) - Supermarkets, restaurants and swimming pools are also close by!

Attractions

Apart from Canyelles where the apartment is located, there is Tossa de Mar (about a 7 minutes drive by car; there are also buses running each half hour). Tossa de Mar is an attractive traditional resort (see photo) with pleasant promenades, beaches, restaurants (excellent fish restaurants) and traditional Spanish bars (Flamenco, Rumba etc.) There is also Lloret de Mar (in about 5 km distance) which caters for all ages (large beach and pleasant sea front). Lloret has all kinds of activities like Waterworld (the largest water park in Europe). Go-karting, boat trips, Marineworld etc.. and of course the famous night life of Lloret de Mar! Further, there is also 'Blanes' (in about 12 km distance) with its lovely fishermen port (excellent fish restaurants) and its famous fireworks at the end of July (7 days fireworks!).

Historical and other sights

The beautiful old city of Girona is a thirty minute drive away with historical centre, shopping centres and good, affordable restaurants making an enjoyable day trip. Barcelona with its many historical and cultural attractions, shops and the street theatre of the famous 'Ramblas' is reached by car, bus or train within one hour. Centres of art and ceramics -'Bisbal' , 'Dalis' museum in Figueras and other resorts - are all within reasonable reach by car.
