Master bedroom with a double bed , en-suite bathroom with bath and terrace to the swimming pool . A very big kitchen, living with a large terrace facing the swimming pool and with a marvellous view to the beach, in the same floor is the toilet. Upstairs there are 4 double bedrooms, all with twin beds, the second bathroom with bath and a big terrace There is also a big space are for parking in front of the garage. Platja de Pals has over 3,% Km. of sun-baked toasted. Is an immense stretch of land where you can sunbathe, relax and have fun. There are facilities to play volleyball, toilets, beach bars, an area for nudism, windsurfing courses and children´s scooters. The small coves and creeks are only 3 km. from Platja de Pals, following the coast to south. Only in Playa the Pals visitors can enjoy three golf courses within 4 miles.

Brand new villa with fantastic views of the sea

please can you check you recieved my email reviewing the property as it is not showing and I thought it might help with marketing the property as the location is quiet special for the views and exploring the area around Begur with its pretty coves plus its only a short stroll to the beach and several restaurants. Not sure what i had put for a title.
