This spacious beautiful villa is just by La Fosca beach, a beautiful sand beach. In the beach you can practise all kind of water sports, there are also showers, volley beach... You can find also restaurants nearby 100m just by the beach too. For the ones that love beautiful walks by the sea at La Fosca you can also follow the walking path GR92 that goes by the sea and beaches following the whole Costa Brava and connecting all towns by the sea. The villa has a small pelota court in the shared gardens and 3.500 m2 of forest. The villa has fantastic views to the sea. La Fosca belongs to the fishing town Palamos and Playa de Aro. Where you can find golf courses, a water park, a scuba diving school and a modern sailing school. In Palamos you can see how the fishing boats arrive with the fish, see the fish and buy it later on in the market. There is a fishing museum in the port too. The Marina of Palamos is at just 5 minutes drive, so if you have a boat this is your place too!.

La Fosca is an area of Palamos. The house is just by the sandy beach where you can practise all kind of water sports. For the ones that love beautiful walks by the sea at La Fosca you can also follow the walking path GR92 that goes by the sea and beaches following the whole Costa Brava and connecting all towns by the sea. There are some restaurants nearby too. There is a golf camp within 30 minutes by car and a Water park too. A modern sailing school and a scuba diving school with official diplomas in Palamós. In Palamós you can also see how the fishing boats arrive at the port and see all the fishes they bring and buy them later in the market. You can visit its fishing museum too.

'What a wonderful holiday we had in your beautiful house. We really enjoyed it all: the big garden, where the children could play in very varied places, and the beach where we went every day, and most of us also went into the water. Both grown-ups and children enjoyed the big waves, and the calmer area at the rock. Now we are in the cold North, but have very good memories.'
'Very nice old house, well kept. Clean and calm, modern facilities, interesting big garden or park, safe for children. Close to wonderful beach and beautiful surroundings.'

(une petite route à traverser au bout du jardin) Un environnement très étonnant pour la costa brava : très beau, pas de grands immeubles, calme. De très belles balades à faire au bord de l'eau. Une adresse que l'on garde ... on y retournera surement !'

On n’a pas pu choisir un meilleur endroit ! Une très grande maison avec jardín juste devant la plage. Tout est en parfait état et très prope. Maison ancienne réformée, avec des appareils électroménagers modernes, chaque chambre a sa décoration et son caractère . La maison se trouve devant la plage, ce qui est parfait pour toute la famille, surtout pour les enfants. Une vue exceptionnelle et un environement magnifique. Nous reviendrons !
