Wonderful house located in the most exciting nature of the Spanish coast La Costa Brava. Lloret de Mar, with its beaches, nightlife and superb scenery, is just ten minutes away. Barcelona, capital of Catalonia, is just an hour away.The terrain around the villa is fully fenced, which makes it ideal for guests with small children. The whole villa is built on one level, again ideal for families with children. The villa is entered through a central hallway, which leads into the living room with dining area. Adjacent to the living room you find a comfortable bedroom equipped with a double bed. Adjacent to the central hall you will find 2 bedrooms, both equipped with 2 single beds. The house has two bathrooms, one with bath and toilet and one with shower and toilet. Also adjacent to the central hall is the fully equipped kitchen. Whether you are a lover of a pool or you just want to relax in a superb garden, this is the perfect house for an unforgettable holiday.

Our properties are close to the Costa Brava on the Mediterranean; the historical cities of Barcelona and Girona; the Dali museum at Figueres; the snow-capped mountains of the Pyrenees; tax-free Andorra; and a range of golf courses and family entertainment parks. The proximity of Girona (Gerona) and Barcelona airports makes for short transfer times.

  • When 'Villa Josefina' is rented, a down payment of 75% is required(25% in ten days and 50% six weeks before arrival). Booking is only confirmed when the first down payment has been received. The rest of the renting rate is required the day that you arrive.
  • Upon arrival a security deposit of 500 Euros is required, which will be returned on the day of departure if no damage has made to the property. The rental price is not included the end of stay cleaning of 65 Euros & the pool cleaning of 30 Euros/week.
  • You must vacate the property during the morning on the day of departure to enable cleaning and preparation to be completed prior to the arrival of new guests, this is before 10.00 a.m. The house is ready for your occupancy after 4.00pm till....
