Wonderful villa located in the most exciting nature of the Spanish coast La Costa Brava. Lloret de Mar, with its beaches, nightlife and superb scenery, is just ten minutes away (6km). Barcelona, capital of Catalonia, is just an hour away. At only 750 meters you find 2 bar-restaurants and at 250 meters there is a bus-stop, the bus comes every 40 minutes and can bring you to the centre of Lloret de Mar, to the beach. Villa Tortuga has 2 separate floors, each with his own entrance, the top floor has 3 bedrooms, adjacent to the comfortable living room is the fully equipped kitchen, this floor has one bathroom with bath and toilet. The ground floor has 1 bedroom, a nice living room with sofa-bed and open kitchen, on this floor you have a fantastic bathroom with bubble-bath and a large shower. Outside you find a barbecue, garden furniture and a nice swimming pool with sunny terrace. The plot is fully fenced, which makes it ideal for guests with small children.

Notes to the rental rates

• When 'Villa Tortuga' is rented, a down payment of 75% is required(25% in ten days and 50% six weeks before arrival). Booking is only confirmed when the first down payment has been received. The rest of the renting rate is required the day that you arrive.
  
• Upon arrival a security deposit of 500 Euros is required which will be returned on the day of departure if no damage has made to the property. The rental price is not included the end of stay cleaning of 80 Euros and the^pool cleaning of 30 Euros/week.
  
• You must vacate the property during the morning on the day of departure to enable cleaning and preparation to be completed prior to the arrival of new guests, this is before 10.00 a.m. The house is ready for your occupancy after 4.00pm till ....
