The most exclusive villa we offer! This beautiful luxurious villa, apt for 8 persons, is very peaceful situated in the urbanization named Casa de Campo, between Begur and Palafrugell. The private swimming pool is very large: 88 m2 ! It’s situated sheltered and offers very much privacy. There is an outdoor shower and enough terrace furniture and beds for sun bathing. Of course there is also a barbecue. From the large living room and the porch, you have a beautiful view over the hills between Tamariu and Aiguablava, and over the Mediterranean Sea. Casa de Camp is a very quiet and fashionable quarter, where it’s very convenient and relaxed. The pool is very large; you will not easily find a bigger private pool in this region!

The house is renewed this year. For example the kitchen is completely renewed, with all kinds of luxurious equipment. An eye catcher for example is the big American fridge, with ice cube dispenser. There is also a dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee machine, microwave and toaster. In the garage you will find the washing machine. The large dining room has dining table for 8, and seat for two around the fire place. In the new living room you will find three large couches, you will also find the television with satellite dish, DVD and stereo. Beneath the villa is a garage and outside is also enough place on own ground for a few cars.

There are four double bedrooms; two of these have air conditioning. All rooms have central heating, so also during winter it’s comfortable. The two bathrooms are also new. One has a shower and a double basin, and the other one a bath tub and a basin. In the backyard of the house you will find a nice garden. On this picture you see the tower of the house. One of the bedrooms is situated in this tower, equipped with television. Because there is not really a wardrobe in this room, but there is more then enough in the other rooms. The garden is complete enclosed with fence, mostly with high hedges. This provides lots of rest and privacy.
