A detached villa in own grounds, set in the countryside with sea view - located 3 miles from the sea and the small town of Blanes, with beach and marina. The grounds include own tennis court and gardens and driveway for several vehicles. Private and secluded swimming pool - use and maintenance included. The villa is very peaceful, with a mini forest on one side and surrounding fields/vineyards. IDEAL for author, extended holiday or rest/recuperation - VERY SPECIAL RATES for 1 month to 6 month booking. Assistance may be available for Spanish-English translation, emergency help, etc. Golf, riding, restaurants, water world/ and other leisure facilities within very easy reach. Supermarkets 2 miles away. Barcelona with art and cultural attractions 45 miles (50 minutes) distance by motorway. Barcelona airport 60 miles (mostly motorway) and Girona airport 20 miles.

Located in the countryside, the house and surrounding area are quiet, with many walks, in forests and tracks. The town of Blanes, dating back to Roman times, has a fishing port/marina and has remained Catalan/Spanish - with fruit markets, botanical gardens and many restaurants - there are various holiday facilities for all ages. From the house there is easy access to motorways. both to the North (Girona with its airport, skiing in the Pyrenees and France) and South (to Barcelona, Sitges and Valencia).

Beautiful setting : Excellent setting in the countryside - quiet and peaceful but with many activities available close by

Super menu of activities: Golf, horse riding, sailing, go-karting, marina, botanical gardens, WaterWorld, and more !! All so close to the house

Barcelona and France and the Pyrennees: Day or even morning trips are easy to Bacelona (museums, Guadi, the cafes etc etc) and France (teh food and wine speak for themselves) Also visit the Pyrennees - an outstanding scenic route The motorways to these locations are very close to the house - but not within earshot !!

Other Activities: Go-Karting (at various levels), WaterWorld and MarinaLand. Snow Skiing (in Season) just 1h 45mins from house.

There is a closer international airport too, at Girona, served by RyanAir. The journey time must be only about 20 minutes.
