Standing in a secluded 1700 sq.meter south-facing garden with 10 meter private pool, the house commands spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea and surrounding hills. The upper part of the house comprises entrance hall, lounge with fire place and doors to upper terrace. Dining room with seating for 6, with door to upper terrace. Open plan fitted kitchen, with oven, micro-wave oven and dishwasher. Double bedroom with balcony and en-suite bathroom. There is a large upper terrace off the sitting room, with a built-in barbecue. Downstairs there is a master bedroom suite with large bathroom and separate shower enclosure, and 1 twin bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet, and balcony with stairs to garden. Both downstairs bedrooms have access to garden. Enclosed terrace/sun room & utility room with washing machine. There is a garden patio with shady pergola with door to lower groundfloor, where there is a 2nd kitchen. There is also a sauna with shower and separate toilet here.
