Casa Sant Jordi is situated high on the hillside of the prestigious Vizcondado de Cabanyes urbanisation affording beautiful and uninterrupted views south across the valley to the Mediterranean. This five year old villa is tastefully furnished and equipped to a very high standard. The three double bedrooms (two ensuite) have large built in wardrobes. The balconies, terraces and a newly completed sun room are all designed to take advantage of the stunning views. The kitchen enjoys all modern conveniences and the adjacent dining area can accommodate guests in comfort. The large comfortable 'salon' offers a TV, DVD/VHS player and hi-fi system and, for those cooler months, an enclosed log fire cosily supplements the central heating. The outside terrace leading to your private heated pool is equipped with table and chairs for outside dining or just a relaxing drink. Sun loungers are set around the pool. Notes: Casa Sant Jordi sits high on the side of a steep hill. Although the villa is accessed by paved roads, a car is essential, and there is ample parking immediately outside the house. There are a sizable balconies and terraces to the back and side of the property and there are steps down to a newly paved lower terrace overlooking the gardens and the wonderful views. This area offers guests total privacy and new stone benches and a table have been provided on this terrace to offer outside dining alternatives or just privacy if you feel like a little 'quiet time' on your own. Gates and railings have been installed with child safety in mind. We would prefer that guests refrain from smoking inside the house.
