This recently constructed villa is totally private with a 10m by 5m tiled swimming pool. The house is exceptionally well appointed even down to a satellite TV system giving UK programmes. The views are stunning with panoramic views from its hillside location of the Gavarres mountains sweeping down to the unspoilt fishing port of Palamos on the Mediterraenean. Although the villa is in a very peaceful location it is not remote and a ten minute car journey gives access to shops , restaurants and a whole range of entertainments. There are patios and terraces for relaxing, barbecuing and al fresco dining with everything provided except the food and drink. The quality of this property will guarantee a holiday to remember.

The villa is one of only five individually designed luxury villas located on a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking the Mediterranean at Palamos, the local fishing town. The house pool and gardens are totally secluded and peace and tranquillity are assured even at the height of the season. The property is not remote however although a car is recommended. Shops, restaurants, beaches and all types of entertainment can all be found within a five mile radius.

Stayed here in August '08. Very well appointed property, lovely views and great pool for the kids to enjoy. No amenities within walking distance but not a problem if you have a car. Some buiding work not too far away but hardly noticed any noise from it. English TV channels available. Lots of space and had lovely meals outside throughout our holiday
