Casa Natalie is een ruime villa die hoog in de beboste heuvels in de buurt van het middeleeuwse dorp Calonge, met enkele goed voorradig Supermarkten, restaurants en bars, biedt een prachtige omgeving voor de familie vakantie. Het hotel biedt 3 kamers met balkon en een adembenemend uitzicht over de beboste vallei en panoramisch uitzicht op zee, 2 badkamers, 1 douche met toilet. Gescheiden keuken, eetkamer en een ruime woonkamer, satelliet TV, video en hifi-systeem. Het zwembad (8m x 4m) en BBQ zijn omringd door verharde en lawned gebieden in een zeer zonnige geconfronteerd positie. Dicht bij de ongerepte stranden van St. Antonio, de gezellige haven van Palamos en de levendige stad Platja D'Aro. Meerdere golfbanen / tenniscursussen gemakkelijk kan worden bereikt binnen 15 minuten rijden. Historische Girona is ongeveer 45 minuten dicht met de auto, de moeite waard Barcelona slechts 90 minuten rijden, bieden een uitstekende bestemming voor een dagtocht.

Family Activities : Er zijn drie waterparks binnen een 45 minuten rijden. Aqua Diver in Platja d'Aro, Marine Land buurt Blanes (die heeft ook spectaculaire dolfijn en zeeleeuw toont evenals andere kleine dieren) en Waterworld in Loret de Mar

Local Activities: Hoewel de villa is gelegen in een rustige buurt, er is genoeg te doen aan de Costa Brava. Alsmede ten volle gebruik van uw prive-zwembad op de villa, zijn er vele zandstranden en rotsachtige baaien voor zwemmers en allerlei watersporten slechts een korte rijden. Het landschap is ideaal voor wandelaars. Dit gebied is een paradijs voor golfers, neem dan contact met ons op voor de website-adres. Voorzieningen voor tennis beschikbaar zijn buurt en er zijn 2 paardrijden centra in een 30 minuten rijden.

Er zijn diverse uitstekende restaurants in de omgeving. In Platja d'Aro is er een ruime keuze van levensmiddelen uit Pizzaria's, Catalaanse keuken tot de Chinese en de Mc Donald's. De visserij-haven van Palamos ligt op enkele van de beste schaal-en schelpdieren in het gebied, met veel goede restaurants waarvan sommige kijken uit over de haven en de baai. Could do better but great views

No one can deny that this property has fantastic views over surrounding countryside and down to the sea. The property is showing signs of age and in need of investment by the owner. The approach road suffers from seasonal damage from rain washing it away so it was quite a journey form the estate road (also in need of attention!) up to the property. Pool was clean and well looked after-no faults there. Its been a bad year for ants and with such a rural location its a challenge for everyone to keep them under control-a matter of timing I suspect. The agent was very accomodating buying some provisions for our arrival and providing an additional chair but we had to buy a toaster (not a big issue) as one wasn't provided (the agent said we should have asked for one but you don't expect to have to).
With a little investment to spruce up the fixture and fittings and some tlc I would commend the property to anyone who is looking for a quiet location away from the coast.
