Charming rustic villa situated in a cul de sac with no through traffic and ample parking. Panoramic view and a few minutes drive from several lovely beaches. Large private pool with a large terrace with barbecue with sunchairs and outdoor dining area as well a covered patio. Another larger villa with pool is also available.

Calonge: Calonge is an old roman village situated 3 kilometres from Playa d'Aro which is on the coast and is surrounded by good restaurants both Catalan and international. Playa d'Aro is a resort which is open all the year aound, with numerous discos and clubs. Palamos an old fishing village where every afternoon you can buy fresh fish is only 10 minutes drive away. Gerona is about 30 minutes away and Barcelona about 1.5hrs drive by car and you can also go by train.

The landlord arranged for a welcome pack of food and drinks in the fridge - very appreciated.

Calonge is 4 km from the beaches and a quiet area. The house is situated in a quiet area with only residential houses, up a hill.

Kids loved the pool and play area.

House is good, but bathroom and kitchen would benefit from a re-make.
