This beautiful villa has a private swimming pool and pretty, colourful garden, and is ideally suited for couples or small families. The spacious living area has open plan sitting room, dining room and kitchen. The villa is well equiped and tastefully furnished, and its southerly aspect allows you to enjoy the sunshine by the pool almost all day, while you can sit/dine in the shade on the covered terrace outside the living areas and enjoy the views across the valley. There is a barbecue in the garden conveniently situated at the foot of the steps from the terrace. The villa has two lovely bedrooms; a spacious double with a large terrace on the upper level, and a twin on the lower level. There are two good sized bathrooms.

The villa is located in a residential area close to the medieval village of Calonge, and is about 3km from a lovely long sandy beach. There are several excellent supermarkets close by, and numerous bars, cafes and restaurants in the nearby towns and along the seafront. An ideal location for exploring the Costa Brava. The lovely town of Girona is 35km away, and Barcelona, one of the most interesting and exciting European cities, is easily accesible by train or car.

Watersports - windsurfing, sailing, etc. available at nearby beaches of Sant Antoni, Sant Pol and Palamos. Other sports close by: tennis, volleyball, cycling, horse riding, quad biking. Water park with fabulous slides and pools at nearby Platja D'Aro.

Arrivals: Arrival is 16.00 or later; departure by 10.00. This ensures that the villa can be cleaned and prepared for the arrival of each new set of guests.

a wonderful place for vacation. It was very relaxing, very very clean with a super poolplace. The house is well equiped (SAT,DVD, STEREO etc.). A very nice garden and not to far away from the sea. We (together with two teenagers) are sure to be back soon.

Beyond the house etc. a fantastic support and service from the owner for a couple of questions and pre organization.

Big Thank You for all of your efforts.

Great plca for successful vacation

The house is great and superbly well-maintained. The swimming pool is very clean, and the House in general is really pleasan and well decorated. Very Quiet place around .
The owners are extremely pleasant and very helpful .
We stayed 2 weeks with our 2 boys (9 & 13).
We do certainly recommend this house.

Very clean and comfortable. Quiet location with a nice garden and amazing romantic view. Excellent service from the owner and the the local service.
Close to a lot of attractions: very clean beaches surrounded by pine wood forests and cliffs, beautiful historic villages like Begur, Pals and Tamariu, Girona and the Castell of Salvadore Dalí....
Best choice !!!

We truly enjoyed our week's stay in Casa Ladera. The villa was very clean on arrival and is in perfect condition. Welcome shadow for outside meals. Great pool. Stunning view. Excellent service from owner as well as local office in case of need. I would definitely recommend this place to others!
