This impressive single storey, recently built chalet villa is exceptionally well appointed, including UK satellite TV; DVD player and CD sound system. Casa La Calma is in the residential area of Puig Rosel, which has excellent views of the Gavarres Hills and is only minutes to Calonge town centre and St. Antoni. A special feature of the house is that there are patio doors leading to terraces from the master bedroom, lounge and kitchen. Parents in particular will find these very convenient vantage points from which to supervise activities in the private swimming pool. Also the house is not on a hillside and is therefore senior citizen friendly, as well as being accessible by public transport. The villa comprises 2 twin bedrooms and 1 double master bedroom with en suite and patio doors leading to the terrace. The large separate kitchen is well appointed and the lounge/diner is exceptionally furnished with comfort and quality in mind.

For real thrill seekers inland offers such diverse activities as quad biking, ballooning and parachuting as well as a huge range of other sports such as golf, horse riding, cycling and trekking. Along the coast are water sports like sailing, kayak trips, snorkelling and scuba diving, while for those whose pleasure comes from doing nothing there are wonderful beaches to discover. If the beaches are not for you, there are plenty of attractions to be found within easy reach of the property. Notes: We do recommend a car, so that you can take advantage of the fantastic scenery, gastromic delights in the Gavarres Hills, historic sights and museums. Enjoy those balmy alfresco entertaining nights around the barbeque area and for the more energetic there is a boule pitch to add some fun to the party. Fenced and well laid out garden. All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans, (for summer months) and central heating for those chilly winter evenings. The villa principally faces south, so the pool and garden have sunshine all day long, however ample shade is available under the covered terraces and parasol.
