This comfortable well equipped 4 bedroom villa offers spacious accommodation for up to 8 people and is ideal for an extended family group or two families sharing. There are four bedrooms arranged in two wings each containing a double bedroom, twin bedroom and full bathroom either side of the central living accomodation. The living accomodation is open plan and consists of a comfortably furnished living room and dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The newly constructed pool is in front of the villa on the same level and there is large paved area adjacent to the pool ideal for sunbathing or barbecuing and dining. The property is situated on a quiet corner location and has a walled garden with mature hedging giving privacy despite being on a level site. The whole setting is safe for children with a flat rear grassed area and access to and from the property is only possible through a lockable garage or garden gate.
