Attractive villa situated in Vizcondado de Cabanyes, 2km from the historic village of Calonge in the heart of the Costa Brava. Located in the Gavarres hills overlooking a wooded green belt valley and the sea, this lovely villa boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. With an additional bedroom and shower room in the annexe next to the BBQ area just above the pool terrace, there is a fantastic open space to dine in the shade. The beach resorts of Sant Antoni de Calonge, Palamós, Platja d'Aro, S'Agaró and Sant Feliu de Guixols are all within 20 mins drive. Close to good road and rail links to Barcelona (1,5hrs), Girona (0,5hrs) and Perpignan (1,5hrs). A market is held in each of the local towns on a certain day of the week and there are excellent shops and restaurants. In the area there are 8 golf courses, water-sports, diving, fishing, horse-riding, tennis, quads, paintball activities etc. Car hire and guided excursions to Barcelona, Figueres etc can be arranged by the local agent.
