'VILLA MARIA' is a fabulous villa located in a residential area 'Lloret Residencial'. From here, it’s a ten-minute drive (7km) to the popular beaches of Lloret de Mar. The villa is entered through a patio, which leads into the comfortable living room, from the patio to the garden with private swimming pool. Adjacent to the living room you will find the fully equipped kitchen with all sorts of modern conveniences, also adjacent to the living room is a central hallway, which leads into the 2 comfortable bedrooms of which one is equipped with a double bed and one has 2 single beds. This floor has 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. The second floor has 3 comfortable bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, also on this floor you find bathroom with bath/shower and toilet and bidet. You will surely love the impressive views on the surrounding hills. All in all, this villa is the ideal place to spend your holiday!

At only 300 meters from the villa there is a bar, at 750 meters you find a bar-restaurant and a convenience shop. At 300 meters there is also a bus-stop, the bus comes every 40 minutes and can bring you for only €1 to the centre of Lloret de Mar, to the beach. The property is close to the historical cities of Barcelona and Girona; the Dali museum at Figueres; the snow-capped mountains of the Pyrenees; tax-free Andorra; and a range of golf courses and family entertainment parks. The proximity of Girona (Gerona) and Barcelona airports makes for short transfer times.

Additional information about rental rates

  • When 'Villa Maria' is rented, a down payment of 75% is required (25% in ten days and 50% six weeks before arrival). Booking is only confirmed when the first down payment has been received. The rest of the renting rate is required the day that you arrive.
  • Upon arrival a security deposit of 500 Euros is required which will be returned on the day of departure if no damage has made to the property. The rental price does not included the end of stay cleaning of 80 Euros, there is also a pool cleaning of 30 Euros/week to pay as extra.
  • You must vacate the property during the morning on the day of departure to enable cleaning and preparation to be completed prior to the arrival of new guests, this is before 10.00am. The house is ready for your occupancy after 4.00pm till...
