Notes to the rental rates

• When 'Villa Sirena' is rented, a down payment of 75% is required(25% in ten days and 50% six weeks before arrival). Booking is only confirmed when the first down payment has been received. The rest of the renting rate is required the day that you arrive.
  
• Upon arrival a security (refundable) deposit of 500 Euros is required which will be returned on the day of departure if no damage has made to the property. The rental price is not included the end of stay cleaning of 80 Euros, there is also a pool cleaning of 30 Euros/week to pay as extra.
  
• You must vacate the property during the morning on the day of departure to enable cleaning and preparation to be completed prior to the arrival of new guests, this is before 10.00 a.m. Villa is ready for your occupancy after 4.00pm till ....
