This beautiful, completely refurbished villa with pool, offers fantastic accommodation for all the family. It has been furnished in a fresh and modern style and offer bright open plan living suitable for all the family. Nestling on a hillside in a mature garden plot filled with exotic plants, the whole place is geared to relaxation, whilst being only 10 minutes away from the buzz and fun of Lloret de Mar. Two double bedrooms open onto a open plan kitchen, living and dining area with windows facing out to the garden, pool and patio. Set in a quite residential area, a large outside patio and dining area leads to the pool area, lawn and on up to multiple terraces and walkways. At the top of the garden is a large BBQ area where you can enjoy extensive views across the countryside and the nearby Pyrenees. Easily accessible to all coastal resorts along the Costa Brava, to Barcelona, Girona and the Pyrenees.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A non refundable deposit of 500 Euros will be required to confirm a booking. The full balance rental and a refundable deposit of 500 Euros will be paid 8 weeks before arrival. The refundable deposit will be reimbursed 10 days after departure, after deduction for telephone calls at cost, heating (if required) and any incurred damages.

    Renters under the age of 25 years will not be accepted.
  • We will not rent to a group leader under 25 years of age.
    The rent is reserved exclusively for the people named on the confirmation and no other persons whatsoever are permitted to stay there unless this has been agreed with me in writing.
    There are restrictions on the number of teenagers or young adults in any one booking. Non smokers only. Heating is charged as per usage.

Notes: This is our family retreat and so it has been furnished with love. There are plenty of books and games in the house. Outside is a large, gazebo covered dining area with dining table and chairs - perfect for al fresco dining. The lawn leads to the pool and gardens which are multi-terraced. There are several areas to sit in the shade and other build-in seating areas and garden furniture can be found around the garden.

Close by all amenities, Villa Aldea is the perfect starting point to explore the fabulous beaches of the Costa Brava, to discover the exquisite local cuisine and explore the lovely inland culture spots of Catalonia. The whole region is readily accessible by car, road and rail and bus with entry onto the main autoroute just 5 minutes away. Barcelona and Girona are easily reached and the mountains of the Pyrenees are just over an hour away. Catalonia boasts some of the finest golf courses, all within easy reach.

Local amenities in Lloret Blau include a public swimming pool, restaurant and bar. The local market town of Vidreres is perfect for basic shopping and fresh vegetables. loret de Mar is a full entertainment location with extensive nightlife, bars, clubs and a casino. During the day there is plenty for the children to do with Water World, Marine Land and Go-Karting facilities close by. Blanes is a lovely Spanish shopping destination with a beautiful beach, harbour and restaurants. There are several large bays as well as secluded beaches within 10-15 minutes drive. Something for everyone!

Hi there,

i thoroughly enjoyed my stay at villa aldea and will be returning to stay as often as i can!!!!
we had a fantastic time in lloret, the villa was immaculatley clean, everything was fresh knew and modern. it was like a home from home. Sheila was particulary helpful to us which made us feel really comfertable!
i would reccomend this villa to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings!

Great Vacation

My family, wife and three kids all under 10 had a great time at this villa. The property was clean and well maintained. There were three areas where we could sit and enjoy the weather. The pool although not huge was big enough for my family to play and cool down. The house has a nice sized dinning room, living room and kitchen. It has only one bathroom and no AC but was comfortable even in July when we visited. Located not far from Costa Brava having a car is a must to get around. The owner was very helpful and quick to answer my questions. We would use this villa again if retruning to the Costa Brava area.

This was our second visit to villa Aldea and as always were not disappointed.
The villa is clean, modern and just what you need to get over a busy year. The tiered gardens are secluded and the pool is just right to while away a few hours reading and relaxing.
Have already booked for summer 09

We had a fab holiday at Villa Aldea. The villa was clean and with a spacious open plan living area, everything seemed to have been thought of in terms of towels, adaptors, etc and there were games and books to use if you liked-we did! The garden and pool were the highlight for us, the kids loved the pool and the garden is just beautiful with the barbecue area and patio. It was helpful that we could call Sheila if there were any hitches. I would say that you definately need a car. a lovely place for relaxing. Thanks Dave, Caroline, Lucy and Harriet

Have recently returned from a week in this villa. Arrived late at night but was not disappointed on entering the villa, everything was as the description, clean, modern, spacious and fully equipped for all our needs, just like home (even the plug sockets had adaptors fixed to accommodate our British electrical equipment). Wasn't until morning that we realised the outside led into the swimming pool area and multiple terraced gardens with the wow factor and ample seating for outside dining and sunbathing. The villa was so convenient to visit surrounding places of interest we could not fit them all in during our weeks holiday; hence the reason to return and enjoy the villa again in the future. Plenty of supermarkets in the area to choose from for groceries and an abundance of restaurants in the nearby resorts to eat out at reasonable prices.
An ideal accommodation for short breaks and out of season vacations to make the most of the Costa Brava, and knowing Sheila was just a phone call away reassured us that this was going to be a good holiday. Although a car is necessary it meant we were out of the bustling throng of tourists in peaceful and picturesque surroundings and were able to relax and treat the villa as our own. Not one to be missed if you are looking for accommodation in this area.
