Villa Sant Elm is one of the most complete and outstanding holiday properties on the Costa Brava with a great sea view. About an hour drive north of Barcelona on what is known as one of most beautiful coasts in the world, the villa is located very centrally for making interesting day trips. The villa is beautifully situated just outside St Feliu de Guixols in a quiet area with great views over the Mediterranean. A walk to the beach takes about five minutes and by car several other spacious sandy beaches are within a ten minute drive. Villa Sant Elm is an exclusive holiday villa of perfect quality and luxurious finishings, newly built in 2004. There are three private parking spaces with electrically operating doors. Restaurants, bars and shopping are within short distance and walkable.

Lovely well equiped villa in good location.

The villa has quite a few steps both inside and out so not really suitable for anyone with mobility problems.

Villa pool was great with easy steps to get in and out, and a little area sectioned off for small children.

While you do need a car, the villa is situated within easy walking distance to local beach, shops and restaurants .. BUT the walk back is all up hill and not for the faint-hearted!

We really enjoyed our two week stay and found the Agents very helpful and friendly.
