The Villa Set above a hidden tranquil bay near Tossa de Mar and is in a quiet cul-de-sac. In front of the villa there is a pleasant park with pinewood and palm trees, the villa is part of a small very quiet, exclusive development 5 minutes to beaches, restaurants, shops and beautiful countryside. Villa is only 6 Km from Tossa de MarThe main villa, sleeping 4/5, has two bedrooms and a spacious well furnished living room with a sofa/bed , and with dining area, fully fitted kitchen, and 3 large terraces with barbecue. The self-contained open plan studio with separate bathroom and entrance, sleeps 2. The villa near Tossa de mar has full central heating. There is a large car parking space in front of the villa. Additional information about rental rates

  • The cost above is for 4 persons(in the villa only. However, for 6 persons (the villa & Studio)the costs are as follow: April (850 Euros)). May (990 euros)). June(1130 euros)). July & August (1172 euros). September(820 euros)) and for October to March is £350 (504 euros). A deposit of £200 is required on the date of the booking. Booking is confirmed when the deposit is paid. This deposit is not returnable if you cancel the holiday for whatever reasons. With the final payment an additional deposit of £200 is payable to cover any damage, breakages, extra cleaning or abnormal water and electricity usage. This deposit (if every thing is OK) is normally refunded within 4 weeks of the end of the letting. Total balance is required 10 weeks before the start of the holiday date. If all payments due are not paid in full and on time, we reserve the right to treat your holiday as cancelled by you. If you book within 10 wk of holiday date, full payment is required.
  • - Winter months by arrangment (Heating (for winter months only, October.to April) In October and April you may need the heating for early morning and evenings for a couple of hours)costs extra, a deposit of £100 is required with the booking against heating cost i.e. a deduction will be made from this deposit on the actual use of the heating and the remainder will be returned to you after your holiday).
    - Special rates can be agreed for long winter bookings.
    - Studio only is also available separately

    The private club large swimming pool (available from about the end of April to about end of September only has no lifeguard and it is used entirly at your own risk)is situated 100 meters to the rear of the villa. With toddlers pool,loungers, showers, and bar with drinks and snacks, and panoramic views, a pleasant way to relax away from the beach. The swimming pool costs 3 euros per day per gruop (family or friends)
  • The rent is reserved exclusively for the people named on the confirmation and no other persons whatsoever are permitted to stay there unless this has been agreed with us in writing. You must vacate the property during the morning on the day of departure to enable cleaning and preparation to be completed prior to the arrival of new guests. This is normally 10.00 a.m. Villa is ready for your occupancy between 4.00pm to 6.00pm. Should you or any member of your party be responsible for any breakages, loss or damage of any item at the property or of the property itself during your stay, a charge will be made locally or on your return to UK to cover the cost of replacement or repair.

Notes: The villa is on three levels with street access from both the rear and the front. A double and twin bedrooms are on the top level with a few steps down to the bathroom with shower, wash basin and WC. The kitchen and main living room are on the next level down a few more steps. The living room gives direct access to large terraces with lovely views to the sea and surrounding hillside. The studio is at street level, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, with its own bathroom and entrance. The villa is equipped with Washing machine/ironing board and iron etc. Baby high-chair, cot can be arranged.

Location: Easy access from Barcelona airport (70Km, about one hour), and Gerona airport is only (25Km)25 minutes from the villa. In a very quiet location close to all year round resort of Lloret De Mar (6Km)and historic Tossa De Mar(6). Small supermarket for all basic needs 4 minutes by car from villa. Excellent large supermarkets 7 minutes by car in Lloret and in Tossa. Lovely beach Cala Canyelles 4 minutes by car or a pleasant 20 minute cliff top walk. 15 minutes walk down the Unpaved sandy footpath hill (includes 104 steps) to the secluded local cove Cala Morisca (no access by road).

Historical and other sights: The beautiful old city of Girona is a 25 minute drive away with historical centre, shopping centre and good affordable restaurants making an enjoyable day trip. Barcelona with its many historical and cultural attractions, shops and the street theatre of the famous Ramblas is reached by car (one hour), bus (one hour)or train within one hour.Centres of art and ceramics - Bisbal, Dali's museum in Figueres and other resorts - are all within reach by car.

Other attractions: Lloret caters for all ages, large beach, a pleasant sea front, and all kinds of activities with Waterworld (the largest water park in Europe) Go-Karting, boat trips, Marineworld, and a lively night life. Nearby Blanes and Tossa are attractive traditional resorts with pleasant promenades, beaches and restaurants. The private club large swimming pool (available from about the end of April to about end of September only) is situated 100 meters to the rear of the villa. With toddlers pool, loungers, showers, and bar with drinks and snacks, and panoramic views, a pleasant way to relax away from the beach. Keys for the swimming pool arranged to be collected on arrival (There is no lifeguard and the use of the swimming pool is entirely at your own risk)

A great property in a beautiful and tranquil spot. Brilliant outdoor living space together good indoor facilities. Access to a fabulous beach within the confines of Playa Brava. An excellent base to explore Barcelona (75mins), Girona (30mins) and the excellent coves and beaches on the 25km stretch of road north of Tossa. A property and area to which I would have no reservations about re-visiting or recommending.

Lovely villa with all you could require for a good stay, was remarkably cool inside even in the mid summer heat. Peaceful very pleasant location but easy to reach Tosse for shops, beach and restaurants. Owner was always efficient and prompt in all dealing, and in resort assistance was very obliging. It was a big advantage to have a car but you could manage by using buses.Swiming pool was a very enjoyable place to chill with a wonderful setting but will mainly remember sitting on the great patio eating and drinking with family, enjoying the great views.

Our holiday in Costa Brava

We had a wonderful stay in Tossa. The house is beautiful and very well situated, the pool is quite large and almost always empty and the services in Playa Brava are very handy. The house was clean when we got in and Stephan was very helpful.
Thanks again for the extra-day and be assured that we will recommend this accomodation.
