Notes to the rental rates

• The cost above is for 4 persons(in the villa only. However, for 6 persons (the villa & Studio)the costs are as follow: April (£450 (648 Euros)). May (£550 (792 euros)). June(£550 (792 euros)). July & August (£800 (1152 euros). September(£450 (648 euros)) and for October to March is £350 (504 euros). A deposit of £200 is required on the date of the booking. Booking is confirmed when the deposit is paid. This deposit is not returnable if you cancel the holiday for whatever reasons. With the final payment an additional deposit of £150 is payable to cover any damage, breakages, extra cleaning or abnormal water and electricity usage. This deposit (if every thing is OK) is normally refunded within 4 weeks of the end of the letting. Total balance is required 10 weeks before the start of the holiday date. If all payments due are not paid in full and on time, we reserve the right to treat your holiday as cancelled by you. If you book within 10 wk of holiday date, full payment is required.
  
• - Winter months by arrangment (Heating (for winter months only, October.to April) In October and April you may need the heating for early morning and evenings for a couple of hours)costs extra, a deposit of £100 is required with the booking against heating cost i.e. a deduction will be made from this deposit on the actual use of the heating and the remainder will be returned to you after your holiday).
  - Special rates can be agreed for long winter bookings.
  - Studio only is also available separately
  The private club large swimming pool (available from about the end of April to about end of September only has no lifeguard and it is used entirly at your own risk)is situated 100 meters to the rear of the villa. With toddlers pool,loungers, showers, and bar with drinks and snacks, and panoramic views, a pleasant way to relax away from the beach.
  
• The rent is reserved exclusively for the people named on the confirmation and no other persons whatsoever are permitted to stay there unless this has been agreed with us in writing. You must vacate the property during the morning on the day of departure to enable cleaning and preparation to be completed prior to the arrival of new guests. This is normally 10.00 a.m. Villa is ready for your occupancy between 4.00pm to 6.00pm. Should you or any member of your party be responsible for any breakages, loss or damage of any item at the property or of the property itself during your stay, a charge will be made locally or on your return to UK to cover the cost of replacement or repair.

Location

Easy access from Barcelona airport (70Km, about one hour), and Gerona airport is only (25Km)25 minutes from the villa. In a very quiet location close to all year round resort of Lloret De Mar (6Km)and historic Tossa De Mar(6). Small supermarket for all basic needs 4 minutes by car from villa. Excellent large supermarkets 7 minutes by car in Lloret and in Tossa. Lovely beach Cala Canyelles 4 minutes by car or a pleasant 20 minute cliff top walk. 15 minutes walk down the Unpaved sandy footpath hill (includes 104 steps) to the secluded local cove Cala Morisca (no access by road).

Historical and other sights

The beautiful old city of Girona is a 25 minute drive away with historical centre, shopping centre and good affordable restaurants making an enjoyable day trip. Barcelona with its many historical and cultural attractions, shops and the street theatre of the famous Ramblas is reached by car (one hour), bus (one hour)or train within one hour.Centres of art and ceramics - Bisbal, Dali's museum in Figueres and other resorts - are all within reach by car.

Other attractions

Lloret caters for all ages, large beach, a pleasant sea front, and all kinds of activities with Waterworld (the largest water park in Europe) Go-Karting, boat trips, Marineworld, and a lively night life. Nearby Blanes and Tossa are attractive traditional resorts with pleasant promenades, beaches and restaurants. The private club large swimming pool (available from about the end of April to about end of September only) is situated 100 meters to the rear of the villa. With toddlers pool, loungers, showers, and bar with drinks and snacks, and panoramic views, a pleasant way to relax away from the beach. Keys for the swimming pool arranged to be collected on arrival (There is no lifeguard and the use of the swimming pool is entirely at your own risk)
