This luxurious apartment has spectacular 200 degree views over the mountains and the coast of Almunecar. With a large 83 sq m terrace and terrace gardens its perfect for entertaining outdoors. The apartment is within a well maintained site with landscaped gardens and waterfalls. There are two large swimming pools, one being within 20 metres and on the same level. The main bedroom overlooks the garden and has two double wardrobes with a king size bed. Bed two has twin beds. The kitchen benefits from oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There are overhead fans in both bedrooms and in the lounge. The bathroom is fully tiled with fitted units. The large airy lounge benefits from patio doors on three sides which lead out to the terraces. There is a large corner sofa and dining area, television hi-fi and DVD player. The 83 sq m terrace has outside dining,sunbeds and breathtaking sea views. Granada and the ski slopes are 45 minutes drive away.

Costa Tropical is one of the undiscovered gems of coastal Spain. A beautiful coast with spectacular mountain and sea views, unspoilt coves. Granada and the Alhamra are 45 mins away and the surrounding areas offer some stunning exploration. Almunecar is an old Moorish town; it is a bustling Spanish town with an extensive promenade incorporating several beaches and an aqua park. There is a daily market and the heart of Almunacer is the original Moorish area with its narrow streets and rustic charm. There are many good restaurants in and around the town which offer excellent value for money. Just a short drive away is the 9 hole golf course situated in Campo de los Moriscos, this is an all round sports complex situated next to the sea. Granada is a 45 minute drive away with fabulous scenery and the ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada. The apartment is 5 mins from Almunacer by car and 5 mins from the beaches. The town of Nerja is only 35 mins away.
