A spacious warm, welcoming lounge/dining room leads onto an attractive balcony with beach & sea views where you can enjoy al fresco dining or sip a cool drink. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven & ceramic hob, & adjacent utility/laundry area with washing machine & drying facilities. Bathroom 1 has toilet, full-size bath with shower screen, wash basin & bidet. Bathroom 2 has toilet, mini-bath with shower curtain & wash basin. Bedroom 1 has double bed, built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets. Bedroom 2 has double bed, built-in wardrobes & bedside cabinets. Bedroom 3 has two single beds & drawers. The apartment has generous storage space, marble floors, air conditioning, FreeSat TV, DVD, CD & own underground parking space with direct lift access. 'We thought we had died & gone to Heaven!' La Herradura is a friendly Spanish village named for its horseshoe-shaped bay & mile long crescent beach. By land, it is surrounded by green & verdant hills with the high Sierra mountains beyond. Originally a fishing village, it remains unspoilt by high-rise building. The apartment is central with the beach across the road, shops & supermarket within 2 minutes walk & the daily market, square & charming church less than 5 minutes away. The wide variety of restaurants & bars include several 'chiringuitos' actually on the beach & 'tapas' are still served free with each round of drinks! By car, Almunecar (5 mins) has 'big town' shopping, Nerja (15 mins) is a popular resort & skiing in the Sierra Nevada (90 mins) runs from December to April. Stunning scenery, traditional villages & fascinating history are all within 1 hour, as are Malaga & Granada airports with budget flights from many parts of UK & Europe & good, low-cost car hire.

Current conversion rate on request.
    FAMILY BOOKING: An additional bed is stored under one of the single beds enabling occupation by 4 adults & 3 children.
    LONG LETS: periods in excess of 2 weeks may be available in winter months at reduced rates on request. SHORT LETS: periods of less than 2 weeks may not be acceptable in High Season.
    CHANGEOVER DAY: usually Saturday but flexibility is possible if other bookings allow.
  • APPROXIMATE WEEKLY RATES IN GB Pounds: Low Season = £200; Low/Mid Season = £250; Mid Season = £360; Mid/High Season = £500; High Season = £610.
  • SPECIAL OFFER: Book two weeks together and your total cost is reduced by €70 (£60). Book three weeks together and your total cost is reduced by €100 (£90). Book four weeks together and your total cost is reduced by €135 (£120).

Lovely apartment you have, it was very clean and everything is in there people could wish for.....
The apartment is in a prime position, beach (shingle but perfectly ok ) Resturants (fantastic) small Supermarkets which sell everything are all on the doorstep...perfect.
LH is still a typical ( thank-god ! ) village by the sea and that wont change.
Take time out to wonder around the back streets of the village behind..Wonderful......
