Notes to the rental rates

• 25% of the rental is due on booking to make the reservation. Final balance should be paid four weeks before arrival. £50 or 10% of the rental, whichever is higher is taken and refunded upon departure after a full check of the property has been made. Changeover day is Saturdays in the Summer season. This can be flexible in the winter season. Please contact me with the dates you wish to travel.

Communal Pool which is shared between a small number of apartments. A barbecue facility is available also at the poolside. Paddle Tennis, Basketball court. Landscaped gardens.

Coast/Beach

Only a 3 minute drive to the beach of La Herradura which runs the full 2km width of the magnificent horseshoe bay that gives the village of La Herradura its name. A string of beach bars, restaurants and shops service most of the beach and there are plenty of water sports to choose from. There are approx 25 beaches along the shoreline of Almunecar and La Herradura, ranging from secluded coves to both towns main beach fronts. Most can easily be reached by car.

Special interest holidays

The area offers wide range of sporting activities including diving due to the stunning sea bed and marine life. Windsurfing, sailing, kayaking, jet skiing are also on offer. The area is also popular for hiking, horse riding, mountain biking, canyoning, skiing and paragliding.

Skiing Information:

The apartment is a just a 75 minute drive to the Sierra Nevada ski resort. Located above Granada, it has the best snow and the longest season in Spain. You can look forward to five months of snow. Sierra Nevada has 61km of ski slopes with 45 pistes and 6 off-piste routes. There are 2 cable cars, 12 chair lifts and 5 ski lifts. The ski resort is open from 9am to 5pm although you can ski at night at weekends and bank holidays.

Golf Information:

Within 30 minutes drive you can arrive at either Los Mariscos golf courses which is situated between Salobrena and Motril or Baviera Golf which is near Velez Malaga.
