2 Bedroom ground floor apartment with air conditioning and heating. Fully fitted for four persons with garage, TV/DVD, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, automated vacuum cleaning. Large terrace overlooking Sierra Nevada mountains and access to secure garden and swimming pool area. Apartment complex situated in the middle of the Los Moriscos 18 hole golf course within short walking distance of the beach. Superb golf club house with large bar and fish restaurant. Site 1 hour 15 min from Malaga and Almeria airports and 1 hour from Granada airport. Excellent for family and/or sports holidays.

The apartment is on a brand new complex on Motril´s Playa Granada. Motril has several beaches, this one is truly peaceful. There is easy access to neighbouring beach, Playa Poniente, Motril town and neighbouring town, Salobreña and its beaches. There is a local supermarket nearby as well as a hypermarket. The area offers plenty of beach bars and restaurants, one of the nicest being at the golf club, “Los Moriscos” which offers lots of entertainment in the summer and great food year round. Each neighbouring town, whether on the coast or inland, has its own cultural heritage and character and a visit to the city of Granada is a must. The area is particularly beautiful due to its fertility, sea and mountain vistas and sub-tropical climate and offers a variety of beach, sporting and cultural activities.

We spent a wonderful week in the middle of May 2009 at this lovely apartment. Great location, wonderful kitchen, super bathrooms and great apartment complex. We wished the pool had been open as the weather was quite warm but went to the beaches. The location of the apartment complex allowed us to visit the Alhambra in Granada and we even drove to Gibraltar for one day. You will love this apartment and Motril.

And I can't tell you how great Mari was at helping us and greeting us at the apartment. The apartment was spotless and beds made up and has all the necessary equipment for a great vacation. The terrace was large and enjoyable in the landscaping.
