The Courtyard Cottage available for up to a further 4 persons . Front Elevation Recently refurbished rustic cottage with new kitchen, modern bathrooms, electric heating and open log fire. The building leads off a shared courtyard and has superb valley views to the West. Livingroom Ground Floor A small vine covered terrace leading to the front door, entrance hall, full equipped rustic style kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer, bathroom and W.C., sitting room with fireplace and French windows opening onto West facing terrace with panoramic views over a totally unspoiled valley. First Floor Two twin bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, landing/study area with stairs leading to storage area in attic. One bedroom overlooks the courtyard, the other has views over the valley.
Please note that the house is let on a self catering basis. The property is for your sole private use and enjoyment. Within the terms of the rental agreement, staff costs are included to provide basic cleaning and maintenance of the communal areas of the house and gardens on a daily basis. This includes three hours daily maid service to clean the ground floor communal areas, seven days a week, plus a gardener/ handyman 5 times per week. Linen changes are weekly unless otherwise requested. Dining Room Costs for Extra Maids and Cook Extra maid service can be provided at €8 per hour. A cook can be arranged at €12 per hour. As it is a large house sleeping up to 20 persons in the main house and 4 persons in the cottage most guests find that extra maid help and the services of the cook to be invaluable. The staff are only too pleased to carry out additional cleaning of bedrooms, preparation of meals, cooking, serving, clearing away, washing up and laundry or baby-sitting
our terms and rental conditions are sent to you when you have confirmed a booking. Please read the following notes if you are interested in making a reservation. Rental Periods Rental periods are for a minimum of one week with arrivals and departures normally on a Saturday, though this is not essential. The house must be vacated by 10:00am at the very latest on the day of departure. Arriving guests may occupy the house from between 4:00pm and 7:00pm. Main Entrance Short Breaks of three nights or more are available during the low season from November 1st to April 31st (except Christmas, New Year, Easter week and Semana Santa). Weekend wedding groups will be considered during low season. Accommodation is limited to a maximum of 20 guests in the main house plus another 4 further guests in the courtyard cottage. Room number 11 is used as a staff room. Children over three years old are considered full occupants. Sorry no pets allowed. Reservations can only be confirm
