Spacious 3 bedroom property on 2 levels, self contained and with dedicated secure parking for 1 car. The lower floor contains 2 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. The small garden area is accessible only from the master bedroom. On the upper floor at entrance level is a further third bedroom with toilet opposite. The fully fitted kitchen includes washing machine, hob, oven and fridge freezer, LPG water heater. The kitchen leads on to the upper terrace, as does the spacious lounge / dining area which has wide patio doors affording magnificent views of the Marina entrance and the Mediterranean coast. Ideal for a special holiday either for couples or a family, as the beach is genuinely only 2 minutes walk away. The marina offers facilities for relaxing evenings with several excellent restaurants, but does not have a frantic nightlife.

Marina Del Este is a small picturesque marina situated some 10 kms from Nerja, between the towns of La Herradura and Almuñecar. Although there is a local bus service which runs from La Herradura to Marina del Este and Almunecar, a car is essential for the majority of your shopping and further exploration of the adjacent coastal resorts, which offer a larger choice of restaurants and shops. Granada and the Alhambra palace are only 60 mins and the ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada 90 mins distant. The Costa Tropical perhaps less well known than other regions is particularly beautiful and worth investigating.

House: The property is in a row of terraced duplexes, with the entrance on the upper living area floor, but with 1 twin bedded room and adjacent WC, cloakroom. On the ground floor are another twin bedded room and the master double bedroom. The main bathroom offers bath with shower over, washbasin, bidet and WC. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and large fitted wardrobes.

Facilities: Marina del Este, although small, has a 6 restaurants, a laundry and a cash point machine. The adjacent pebbly beach is within a short walking distance and as well as swimming and snorkelling, there is a local beach restaurant for refreshments and good food. This is so popular that it is advisable to book at weekends. Also in Almuñecar there is a water park, ideal for a day out with the children.

The Area: It seems that few have any idea of the beauty of the area and particularly this new development on the Costa Tropical. The sufficiency of Padi diving schools, the tranquility of the marina compared to the chaotic tourist crush in Puerto Banus, and everything about the setting suggests a wonderful relaxing holiday in fantastic surroundings-why not give it a try, we are sure you will enjoy the location and wonder why you have not discovered this jewel before.

A fantastic holiday in superb accommodation! The property caters for your every need, and is clean and well maintained. It is only a 5 minute walk to both the Marina & the Beach, where there is a choice of restaurants for dining or just having coffee / drinks. Alternatively you can choose to stay in to admire the view from the apartment which is exactly as shown! It is amazing, both during the day, and at night - when the lights twinkle from across the bay.
The property is in a prime position whether you wish to visit other towns in the area (by car), or have a relaxing week in comfortable accommodation in a beautiful location.
We will definitely be going back soon!
