The area is renowned for spectacular views wherever you look and the most perfect climate in Europe. Suitable for families, couples, beach and sports holidays. Spacious newly furnished accommodation both inside and out with 3 separate large terraces for dining, relaxing and sunbathing. Large open plan sitting and dining room equipped with flat screen satellite TV, music system and DVD. Well appointed kitchen, cloakroom, master bedroom with en-suite marble bathroom and balcony, 2 further double bedrooms and bathroom, further sitting room with views of the bay. Marble floors and air conditioning throughout. All bed linen, bath and beach towels are provided together with a weekly cleaning service. Marina and beach, with restaurants, bars and art galleries are 5 minutes walk, tennis club with full time professional 200 yards.

Situated in Marina del Este, with its own beach and marina, and 5 minutes from La Herradura, a lively seaside town with numerous beach bars, restaurants serving specialities of the region including fresh fish and paella, shops and local market. The bay enjoys shelter from the west winds creating crystal clear waters and is a popular location for water sports and paragliding. The lively coastal town of Nerja is 10 minutes away, also close by are the Nerja caves. The picturesque mountain village of Frigiliana is within 20 minutes drive. The Marina is easily accessible from Malaga and Granada Airports, both are 1 hour drive away. Granada, The Alhambra and the Sierra Nevada mountains (skiing, mountain biking and walking) are all within 90 minutes drive. There are many golf courses in the area. The Marina has its own local secluded beach with sheltered water and beach bar and restaurant.

The property was immaculately clean and well appointed.
superb out door terraces with amazing views, especially from the roof terrace.
The area is very quiet and relaxing. A car is essential.
The surrounding area is fantastic.
I would happily recommend this to anyone who wants a relaxing break.
The weather in October was absolutley superb and the front terrace enabled the breakfast sun to be enjoyed to the max!

A touch of luxury in a great location!

We have just returned from a fantastic visit to this lovely house. We were a party of six and were a bit worried that we would not have enough space - how wrong we were!! With two sitting rooms, balcony's and terraces we were never short of somewhere to relax and enjoy the glorious views. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious and the kitchen was equipped to a high standard.
As keen tennis players it was a joy to be able to walk to the courts and return for an al fresco lunch followed by a relaxing afternoon.
Would highly recommend this property for families and groups looking for luxury accommodation in a great location. We will be back!

A great place to stay and unwind, beautiful surroundings, not too crowded but close to the action when you want it. Local beach was a God send for the children.
