Valle de Lecrin:
This is a beautiful unspoilt and undiscovered area with its own microclimate. Orange and lemon groves abound, and almond trees blossom from February, jasmine flowers in summer.
The climate is warm in the daytime all year round, but nights can be cold from November to March, with possible rain in October (necessary for the olive harvest). You could swim at the coast in the morning, and ski in the afternoon.
There is a series of 12 local walks of varying length and difficulty - details in the house.
