This large 240 sq meter Villa located in exclusive Cotobro overlooks the Marina del Este situated on a hill directly in front of the beach. There are breath taking sea views throughout this property. One section of the house, has a very large Master Bedroom with bath/shower room, a large Living room with a queen sofa bed. Dining room seats 10 persons, Breakfast terrace seats 10 persons, and fully fitted Kitchen. There is a roof top terrace dining area with teak furniture and a gas BBQ. The other section of the house has 3 large bedrooms one which with a private sitting room and one with a sofa/bed (all very private, great views), 1bath/shower room, a galley Kitchen and a Breakfast terrace for 5 persons. The large swimming pool (12 X 5m) and sauna is situated between both sections of the house. Naturist will enjoy the pool area privacy. A teak Bar with large refrigerator and 8 teak sun/deck chairs are located at the pool.The villa is heated with gas. Firewood arranged at your cost.

The Alpujarras and the Sierra Nevada are within less then an hours distance. Marbella, Puerto Banus and Estapona are via motor way in 90 mins.

Guest Feedback: Most guests are pleasantly surprised by the size and privacy grounds, the unique character of the villa and it's comfortable furnishings. This villa is a home, and does not look or feel like a rental property, providing guests with a very comfortable and enjoyable vacation experience. The villa was once featured in Architecture Design Magazine and has many interesting architectural features.

Naturists / Nudists: The pool area is very private offering you the opportunity to sunbath in whatever attire you choose, or none should you care to sunbath nude. The pool is only for the private use of those renting the villa. The Sauna and hot tube is open only for winter bookings.

Other Activities: Diving here is one of the only two best spots in Spain!

We had a wonderful time in this fabulous home, that is furnish like no rental property I have ever rented before with it's antiques and Persian carpets and everything we needed for a great holiday. The house was set on a beautiful and quiet street with absolutely no traffic, is completely private and wonderfully landscaped. The gardens, mimosa trees, bougainvillea archways, spiral staircase just add to the beauty and character of this home. We shared the house with another couple and the layout was just perfect allowing each couple privacy. The views from the Crow's nest bedroom are unbelievable, as are they from the pool side bedroom. The pool was completely private with no houses or apartments overlooking us like it has been on previous holidays. We ate breakfast every morning on the roof top terrace enjoying the morning sun and the unbelievable views of the Marina Del Este and the sea. We took the private stairs to the beach several times, and recommend if you take them, that you walk back up the road as the stairs are a good workout. The owners were very helpful supplying any and all information we needed about entertainment, restaurants, and cultural activities. We will come back.
