My Husband and i had a weeks holiday in this beautiful villa from 29th April-5th May 2009. We were looking for a quiet, peaceful,get away from it all holiday and we were not disappointed. The villa is situated high up on the mountain and has wonderful views towards the sea and the surrounding countryside of Salobrena. A car is essential due to the location of the Villa and the owners were very helpful in suggesting a suitable car hire company.
On arrival at the villa, we found it to be all we had expected and more.
It is set in lovely, well maintained gardens with a number of fruit trees including fig trees.
We really enjoyed the swimming pool which was heated and we were able to swim every day whilst enjoying the wonderful views from the pool.
The villa itself is lovely. It is very spacious, well equiped and clean. we enjoyed eating outside in the terrace area and could imagine the villa being ideal for a large family or even three or four couples. When we did feel like going out, we enjoyed exploring Salobrena and the surrounding areas. This was a wonderful holiday in a part of Spain so far unspoilt by tourism. We will definately come back to this lovely villa and would have no hesitation in recommending it to friends and family.
