Beaches, restaurants & shops are only 5 minutes away. Between the private heated pool, which can be enclosed for child safety, the hot tub, the views& the WIFI internet access, you will be tempted not to leave the villa! Next to the pool, there is an inviting rustic style covered porch with a summer kitchen & gas barbeque making this setting ideal for al fresco dining. Salobrena has one of the prettiest white washed villages around. It is wonderful to wander through the streets of the old town as you make your way up to the old Moorish castle that offers great views over the sugar cane fields to the beach of Salobrena to the south and to the snow covered Sierra Nevada Mountains to the north. All of our guests love this area because the character of traditional Spain has been preserved here. The area has a microclimate, which makes it warmer in winter than Malaga, yet cooler in summer. This area remains unspoilt, having successfully avoided the excesses of concrete and overcrowding that typifies Costa del Sol. Salobreña on the Costa Tropical of Granada offers peace and tranquillity. A major appeal of this area is its proximity to the historic city of Granada, the breathtaking Alhambra Palace (45 minutes), the Alpujarras mountain villages where it is like time has stopped & the Sierra Nevada Mountains (75 minutes), where you can ski in winter.

Our special touches and 5 star decor are noticeable from the moment you enter the villa. Our goal is to offer a 5 star experience with the benefits of self catering capacity. You will find everything you need in the villa and more. There are books, DVDs, games, toys and even SKY TV. We live locally and provide lots of information on things to do and places to visit that you won´t find in a guide book. We know the best places to go to experience flamenco music and dance. We have a fabulous massage and aroma therapist that can come to the villa to give you a massage. The massages are very affordable and the quality is superb. It is this attention to detail that differentiates us from the majority of other holiday properties that are managed by 3rd parties. We look forward to having the opportunity to welcome you.

We can truly say this has been one of the best vacations we have had since our kids were born. All our needs have been catered for, which is particularly difficult with children in tow. The attention to detail made it easy for us to enjoy a holiday with 3 young kids. The villa itself is exquisite; sophisticated yet comfortable. Truly beyond our expectations - don´t change a thing!!

We had a fabulous holiday which was made perfect by the villa which was wonderful. All the extra touches you have added made it really homely but luxurious - our idea of heaven. Although we rarely visit the same place twice, we all felt that we would come back soon as everything we needed or desired was easily to hand both at the villa and in the surrounding area with the lovely views, beaches, great weather, lovely restaurants etc.

As a family who rent villas in Spain a few times every year we can say this villa and support from Cumbre Villas was outstanding. Communication both before and during our stay was second to none. Staff are always available and very genuine with their help.

It is very reassuring to know somebody is available to translate if you have an emergency.

We require a pool at 32 degrees C, on one occasion it dropped to 30. We contacted the office and the owner immediately came to the villa to do all he could to increase the temp; which he did.

Even small things are repaired immediately, maintenance is very good. Very clean.

We don’t eat out and found there to be sufficient equipment to cook a variety of meals for four.

We had a problem with our hire car and even though this was nothing to do with Cumbre villas’, they helped sort it.

The villa position was tranquil with postcard views.

We have never been to a villa in Spain where you have your own dustbin outside which is collected 3 times per week; it made a change not to have a car of rubbish bags to take to the nearest communal bin.

We couldn’t use communal facilities, but if you like tennis, we didn’t see anybody on the court in 2 weeks; we could have had it to ourselves!

the villa is exactly what it says on the tin.
Luxurious with all mod cons. Fantastic pool, hot tub and views. It has more pots, pans and cooking utensils than i have at home ! Kids loved it because of internet access (where would they be without access to Facebook ??!!).
Easy to get to Granada, Nerja and for travelling around Alpajurras region.
Didn't use the communal pool or sports facilities but they looked very good.
Will definitley go again.
