The house was finished in 2006. It has been designed around a Moroccan theme using a mixture of terracotta and ceramic tiles. It comprises two storeys and has uninterrupted views across the sea. The kitchen is well-equipped and state of the art with a central island and extractor. The Dining Room features a 25 foot high atrium. Music is supplied to the 15mt x 15mt Sitting Room via high quality ceiling speakers. This is a large house comprising over 300 square metres in total and is ideal for large families or two families that want space to relax in. Notes: The villa is equipped to the highest standards and even has an ice making machine built into the American fridge, a popcorn maker, juicer and even a portable wine cooler. This year we have equipped the barbecue area (outside kitchen) with its own equipment including a bottle fridge and a food fridge. So now there is no reason to leave the pool!

Monte de los Almendros: The house is situated on the prestigious Monte de los Almendros urbanisation approx 2 km from the beach at Salobrena. Included in the rental is access to the tennis court, small football pitch and communal pool. Although the house has its own 12 mt pool. The urbanisation is probably the most admired in the region and is much sought after as a holiday destination. The views are spectacular and from the Monte you can also see the Sierra Nevada mountains.

Outside: The villa has a pool measuring 12 mts x 6 mts which overlooks the sea. Adjacent to the pool there is an attractive, covered barbecue area with sink and bar. To the rear there is a large courtyard graced by palms and lemon trees.

Services: The house is managed and we can arrange baby sitting, additional cleaning and even food. While you are there you can call the managers and they will advise you as to the best restaurants, beaches, taxis or anything that you may need details of. In the villa there are extensive notes about the region, phone numbers and other recommendations. There is a library of books, games and DVD's. Satellite TV comprises about 30 channels including BBC 1, 2, 3 and 4 and ITV 1, 2, 3 and 4.
