A beautiful, spacious villa with wonderful uninterrupted views to the sea. To the south-west, the view is of Salobrena with it's hill top castle and seafront and to the south-east it is of Velilla beach in Almunecar. It is very well equipped and situated in a tranquil location with gardens and a private pool with terrace. One of the best features is the abundance of space throughout from the large living room with high ceilings to the additional living space downstairs.

The accommodation is on two floors and is arranged so that each floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and a living/dining room with kitchen. Each lounge has it's own TV, DVD and separate satellite box allowing choice of viewing in each location.

The villa is ideal for 2 families holidaying together or for a party with with children who would like a little of their own space.

Alfamar is a charming residential area situated just a short drive up the main coastal road and overlooking the beautiful hilltop town of Salobrena and Almunecar. The Costa Tropical is typified by its rugged coastline with mountains coming right down to the sea, and retains its true Spanish character. A breath of fresh air for those tired of other over-developed areas of coastal Spain but with all the required facilities. Blessed with the warmest winters in mainland Europe due to its sheltered position.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rental rates are normally Saturday-Saturday, especially in peak season. However, please ask as we will be flexible where we can.
    Out of the main season we can offer special deals for couples/small parties who want to come and enjoy our villa.
    A 25% deposit is required at time of booking. The balance plus a refundable £200 security deposit is due 8 weeks prior to arrival at the villa.
    Electricity is charged at cost November - March.
    Credit cards are accepted,there is a 1% surcharge.

We really enjoyed our stay over Christmas and the New Year in this beautiful,spacious villa with its stunning views over the sea, Salobrena and Almunecar. The villa is in a quiet location and is very well equipped and maintained and offers a high standard of accommodation. The owners are very approachable and the agent is very helpful and efficient. We will definitely consider hiring this property again.
