A beautiful, spacious villa with wonderful uninterrupted views to the sea. To the south-west, the view is of Salobrena with it's hill top castle and seafront and to the south-east it is of Velilla beach in Almunecar. It is very well equipped and situated in a tranquil location with gardens and a private pool with terrace. One of the best features is the abundance of space throughout from the large living room with high ceilings to the additional living space downstairs. The accommodation is on two floors and is arranged so that each floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and a living/dining room with kitchen. Each lounge has it's own TV, DVD and separate satellite box allowing choice of viewing in each location. The villa is ideal for 2 families holidaying together or for a party with with children who would like a little of their own space.

Alfamar is a charming residential area situated just a short drive up the main coastal road and overlooking the beautiful hilltop town of Salobrena and Almunecar. The Costa Tropical is typified by its rugged coastline with mountains coming right down to the sea, and retains its true Spanish character. A breath of fresh air for those tired of other over-developed areas of coastal Spain but with all the required facilities. Blessed with the warmest winters in mainland Europe due to its sheltered position.
