Luxurious, private villa in stunning location overlooking the Mediterranean. Own private heated pool (*Guaranteed 80F/27C), generous terraces, and lots of privacy. Every room enjoys a panoramic sea view! Comfortable, light and airy, the villa would suit two small families wishing to share a holiday together. Outside there are plenty of terraces, open or with sun awning, sun loungers, patio furniture and a gas BBQ. Equipment includes air con (cooling & heating) to living room & all bedrooms, sat TV, DVD player, PC with wi fi ADSL connection in the 2nd downstairs lounge and kids ping pong & darts in a separate games room. Quietly situated in a cul-de-sac on the hillside above Salobreña. Beaches, bars, shops and restaurants are only 5 mins away. This is the heart of the unspoilt “Costa Tropical de Granada”, with the historic city of Granada lying only 45 min to the north and snow skiing in the Sierra Nevada just 55 min by car. Las Vistas is situated on a sunny south-facing plot and enjoys magnificent views over the Mediterranean. Just 1km west of Salobrena at the heart of the Costa Tropical de Granada where one can enjoy cooler summers than the Costa del Sol and mainland Europe's warmest winters thanks to the local microclimate created by the nearby Sierra Nevada mountain range. The snow capped mountains form a magnificent backdrop viewed from the hillside where Las Vistas is situated. The large community swimming pool, toddlers pool, playground, tennis court and football pitch are 5 minutes walk away and free of charge to our visitors.

  • PRICES are for up to 6 people.
    For winter evenings there is a 'Jotul' wood burning stove and both the living room and all bedrooms have air conditioning units that can also produce warm each room economically. The swimming pool has an excellent solar heating system with thermal cover and from April to October will always be around 27ºC/80ºF without additional pool heating costs. Even in mid winter it will usually be warm enough for swimming (around 21ºC/70ºF) and on request can also be heated further with an energy efficient heat pump at an additional cost. * Note from November to March inclusive all electricity consumed will be charged at our cost price (0.16 euros per Kw)
  • Note: Preferred changeover day Fridays (Flights are usually cheaper than at weekends)

Luxury equipment: Las Vistas has been fully equipped to luxury standards and the furniture, fixtures and fittings are all in excellent condition. And for more comfortable winter occupancy there is a Jotul wood burning stove in the main living room as well as the air con / heating units to the living room and all three bedrooms.

Local knowledge on hand: A comprehensive information book is provided in the villa with lists of good local restaurants, sporting & leisure activities, suggested day trips etc. The English owners of this villa have lived in the area with their family for 20 years, and are on hand to offer help and advice as necessary.

Winter discounts: WINTER DISCOUNTS: From 1st November until 1st April discounts are available for longer stays: 3 weeks -10%, 4+ weeks -15%, 6+ weeks -20%, 8+ weeks -25%. At these reduced rates fresh linen is not provided but a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron are!

Ski: Just a 50 minute drive to the Sierra Nevada ski area, usually open from the beginning of December until the end of April

Other Activities: bird watching, NB snow skiing just 70 minutes away

Margaret and Mike, Wow! Our internet search was well worth the effort. We had no idea how beautiful your villa was going to be -we feel honoured to be the first to make an entry in your visitors book. Right now we are enjoying the pool and the patio after spending the morning in 'Las Alpujarras' - we only made it as far as Pampaneira but it was well worth it. Last night we dined at restaurant Casa Antonio (Mothers day in N.America) After going down the 'rough road' we thought what are we getting ourselves into? but it was wonderful, They were the only restaurant open on that little stretch - but what a setting! Your villa is amazing - nothing to want for - the view, the privacy - everything is perfect. (Chris loves the BBQ) We would love to stay longer! Have been enjoying watching the dolphins in the mornings, the tapas bars, the wonderful Spanish wines. We will return and reccomend yur piece of heaven to all friends. Chris & Diane Matthews
