Photos and Description of this Salobrena holiday villa 3 large bedrooms, 2 en-suite bathroom, 1 shower room, sleeps up to 12 max.

This villa is located very near to the sea, below the Hotel Salobreña (Granada) and is accessed down a 1 km road from the hotel carpark. It is quite secluded and enjoys unrivalled views over the sea, the coastal plain and Salobreña town. Dolphins are regularly seen from the terrace and one can hear the waves breaking on the rocks below. Below the terrace there is a large private swimming pool. This pool is filled all year around, which means that the villa can be fully enjoyed at any time. Magnificent, sloped tropical garden (3500m2) and pine trees with wonderful views of the sea surround the villa. The main entrance leads to the lounge/dining room with TV, panoramic views of the sea and sliding doors to the upper terrace. The fitted kitchen has a microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Both bedrooms count with complete fitted wardrobes. The main bedroom (sleeps 4 max.) has its own balcony with view of Salobreña and sea.

Entry & Departure times: When planning flights, please bear in mind that normal entry time is 16.00 and departure is by 10.00. We will be flexible with changeover day and times whenever possible.

Notes on Rental Rates: If the villa has not been rented 15 days before your desired date, a 10% reduction will apply. The porche studio is not rented separately to the rest of the villa and is open only upon request, at 65€/night.

Ski: Sierra Nevada ski resort is at 1.5 hour drive from the villa. You can enjoy skiing from December to May. It is one of the few places where you can ski and swim in the sea on the same day! The number and quality of slopes and lifts is excellent

Golf: Andalusia has plenty of golf courses -Los Moriscos, 20 min drive from the villa, is a nine holes, 2850 metres layout course. Malaga has a wide variety of golf courses (35 in total).
