Unique design makes this apartment feel like a Villa! Located in an exceptionally well maintained complex in Mojacars prime residential area. With its two entrances and exceptional large size its unlike a normal apartment. You will often have the pool all to yourselves also! Ideally located its Just a 5 minute stroll ( no steep hills) to the wide sandy beach, shops, great bars and restaurants, This charming apartment is very well presented and comfortably furnished satellite TV (BBC etc) DVD, dishwasher, barbeque etc. Air-conditioning/ heating with remote controls. The private courtyard is an extra room in summer for al fresco dining. There is a large sitting /dining room and a sun room/dining room, master bedroom, twin room and the super 'cave' room which is a favourite with ' kids 'of all ages! As this is our own holiday apartment you will find it better equipped than the normal rental. We hope you love it as much as we do

Notes to the rental rates

• Discount will be offered for longer terms or over winter lets. Please ask or details.
  To reserve the apartment we require 50% of the rental , the balance is not due until 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. Payment can be in Sterling or Euro whichever is more convenient for you.
  
  We request a separate cheque for £75.00 damage deposit, this cheque will only be cashed in case of loss, damage,breakages or excessive cleaning incurred. (so far we have never had to use a deposit! )
  Rates increase by £100 for Bank Holiday and Half Term periods
  As we are unable to give refunds please ensure you have Holiday Insurance
  
• Ryanair and Easyjet Monarch, Jet2, etc.etc have flights to Almeria from Gatwick and Stansted ,Leeds Bradford, Cork, Dublin whilst most carriers fly to Alicante or Murcia so now is an ideal time to book a holiday. The motorways are nearly empty so its a most pleasant drive down to the coast. We will send you detailed directions and its very easy to find!
  
• Check in is normally after 3pm and we ask that you vacate the apartment by 10am . to facilitate thorough cleaning for the next guests . We will always try to facilitate you with a late check out whenever possible.

Almeria airport is only 1 hour drive to Mojacar. Murcia is now about 60 min drive, new motorway is open. and Alicante is approx 2.5 hour. There are flights from almost all UK airports, Dublin and Cork. Collection from airports can be arranged...price on application

Further guest comments March 2007 Just to let you know that we had a lovely holiday in your apartment despite the weather not being great for the first few days.
