Unique design makes this seem like its a Villa! Located in an exceptionally well maintained safe complex in Mojacars prime residential area. It is exceptionally large and is very private with no communal areas. the sparkling pool is 20 paces away ,often all to yourselves except in high season Approx Midway along Mojacar Playa its just a 5 minute stroll (no steep hills or steps) to the wide sandy beach, shops, great selection of bars and restaurants. It is very well presented, elegant and comfortable. There is a large sitting /dining room, a charming Sun room (cool as its without glass), The master bedroom is en suite, a twin room and the super 'cave' bedroom which is a favourite with kids of all ages! The Courtyard becomes an extra room in summer Fully equipped, Satellite TV BBC etc, DVD, Dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue,etc. To lighten your baggage we provide Hair-dryer, Beach Towels, Books, Games, CDs etc. We hope you love it as much as we do!

A hidden gem, Mojacar is situated in the South East of Spain, the sunniest part, with its 18 kilometres of unspoilt golden beaches (many Blue Flag). The romantic Moorish village overlooks the Playa with its wide selection of shops bars, beach bars and restaurants offering superb value. For golf lovers there are many courses nearby with full hire facilities including the unique Dessert Springs course. Horse riding and diving schools nearby. Ideal as a family destination, get away from it all or an exciting activity filled holiday Mojacar is waiting to welcome you. There are regular flights from UK airports, Dublin Cork Belfast and Shannon into Almeria (1hr drive) Alicante (2 hour almost empty motorway drive).

  • Discount will be offered for longer terms or over winter lets. Please ask for details.
    To reserve the apartment we require a deposit of just 50% of the rental , the balance is not due until 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. Payment can be made by Mastercard, Visa ( but there is a 2.5%surcharge ) Bank Transfer or cheque whichever is most convenient for you.
    We can accept payment can be in Sterling or Euro whichever is more convenient for you.

    We request a separate damage deposit, this cheque will only be cashed in case of loss, damage,breakages or excessive cleaning incurred.

    As we are unable to offer refunds please ensure you have Holiday Insurance
  • Ryanair and Easyjet Monarch, Jet2, etc.etc have flights to Almeria from Gatwick and Stansted ,Leeds Bradford etc. etc., Cork, Belfast and Dublin. The modern Almeria airport is just a 50 minute drive away, whilst most carriers fly to Alicante or Murcia which are only 1.5 or 2 hours away
    The motorways are nearly empty so its a most pleasant drive down to the coast. We will send you clear directions to the apartment .
  • Check in is normally after 3pm and we ask that you vacate the apartment by 10am. To facilitate a thorough cleaning and change over to have it ready for the next guests. However we will always try to facilitate you with a late check out whenever possible. Guests arriving on earlier flights may, by arrangement leave their luggage into the apartment .

Almeria airport is only 1 hour drive from Mojacar. Murcia is now about 90 min drive, as the toll road is open. and Alicante is approx 2.5 hour. There are flights from almost all UK airports, Belfast ,Dublin and Cork. Collection from airports can be arranged...price on application but we do recommend you hire a car so you can enjoy the surrounding areas and all Mojacar has to offer. We have just come back from a +wonderful holiday, the apartment was fabulous and so well equipped...we had everything we needed. MB
The kids had a great time, and we were happy they were so safe. PD. We will certainly be back......it was such a relaxing holiday and Brian was so helpful. SM.

This was our first visit to Mojacar and we were so pleasantly surprised we will be back soon...the apartment was a real home from home.....except we don't have a POOL!!!!!! SL.

Thank you for a lovely apartment my family and I had a great time and the location was just as you promised. Everything is in walking distance and the beach is great. I know we will be using your apartment again and I will be recommending you to our family and friends. Mrs.F 2006.

My husband and I and our two boys aged 7 and 5 really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was spacious and well maintained. The pool was very relaxing as very few people used it - one down side you are not allowed to use sun loungers or chairs! The apartment is close to all of the restaurants and shops and to the lovely beaches of Mojacar. A resource book with recommendations for places to eat and to see was provided in the apartment and we found this great. A short trip by car will bring you up to the mountains. I would definitely recommend it!

This is a fantastic property, fully equipped and with every comfort. It's like a villa with a garden, patio and everything for the beach and pool, which you mostly have exclusive use of. All shops, bars and beach are a short stroll away. The bar opposite is great but not noisy at night, so just right. We took a family group and had a lovely time, thanks to having everything we needed

We were a family of four adults and two young children. The apartment was very spacious and clean. It is conveniently situated in a quiet area but close to all amenities. The pool was great and most of the time we had it to ourselves.
The description was accurate and the owner provided good customer service from the booking through to our departure. We would certainly recommend this apartment to friends.

wow. we had a wonderful holiday in your beautiful apartment or should i say villa, it was so spacious and spotless clean.We all loved the swimming pool and we had it all to ourselves. It was like a home away from home.
The apartment is close to everything and in a lovely quiet area.We dined out every evening as there is a lot of really nice restaurants and bars close by.Brian was very helpful to us.Mojacar is such a lovely place and you are so lucky to own such a beautiful apartment.We hope to go again later in the year.
