This modern 3 bed, 2 bath penthouse apartment is in a prime position on Mojacar Playa. It is therefore close to all bars and restaurants and the beach. The views from the apartment to the sea and mountains are stunning from both the lower terrace which runs the length of the apartment and the large private roof terrace. The apartment is equipped to a high standard with satellite tv, air con in the three bedrooms and ceiling fans in the living area. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. There is an underground parking space and lift to the apartment. The complex has a large communal swimming pool. The apartment is close to the golf courses, horse riding and diving school and is available to rent all year round.

Janet, Brian, Sarah and Alice have just returned from their stay in this fabulous apartment and would really like to go back! Steve and Tracy have thought of everything, the apartment is so well equipped and spacious. The roof terrace was Brian's favourite place. The view is lovely and it is so peaceful up there. Us girls went to the pool every day and we usually had it all to ourselves. I would advise hiring a car (we did) even though there's a good bus service, it helps when you need to get back up the hill to the apartment and there's some stunning scenery along the coast. I would just like to say that this is one of the best apartments we have stayed in. It is very well maintained, clean and bright and close to all amenities. Steve and Tracy provided us with as much information as we needed (e.g. maps and routes) and a great welcome pack on arrival to help us on our way. We would definitely recommend this property.
