This brand new 2 bedroomed Penthouse apartment is in a prime position on Mojacar Playa. Just 4 minutes walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. There are stunning views of the sea & mountains from both the lower terrace and the large private solarium, which overlooks the swimming pool. The apartment is equipped to a very high standard with air con , ceiling fans, tv and dvd . The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. There is a basement parking space and lift to the apartment. There are 4 golf courses within 15 minutes drive, and horse riding and diving schools nearby. The apartment is available to rent from May to January.

Notes: The owners as non smokers themselves would ask all guests if they could please refrain from smoking inside the apartment but confine there smoking to the outside terraces. This would be much appreciated.

Golf: There are 4 golf courses within 15 minutes drive. Marina golf course is situated between Mojacar Playa and Garrucha and is the closest at approx 5 minutes drive. Cortijo Grande golf course is situated approx 2 miles inland of the town of Turre . This course has fantastic scenery as it is set below the cabrerra mountains, but the course is more for fun golfers than those more serious. For the more serious the valle de este course near Vera would be more suitable and also the desert springs golf course near Cueves de Almanzora.

We have stayed here twice and are going back for a third time .apartment is just like being at home ,every thing you need is here and it is so clean and tidy, from breakfast on the balcony to sun bathing on the roof its brilliant .the pool area is also very nice and neighbours are very helpful if you need to know any thing about the area, this apartment is an excellent choice

Fantastic.My family had a great time in this beautiful and spacious penthouse apartment.The views are magnificent from the roof top terrace were it was 40 degrees almost daily.The swimming pool is also excellent, many times we had it all to ourselves.The property is immaculately clean with plenty of appliances.
The walk down the hill takes just 5 minutes, were you can then turn either left or right to the numerous bars and restuarants.
The journey from Murcia airport only took me 90 mins on the Toll road(12.35 Euros)The road is empty.
I will be recommending this apartment to my friends and work colleagues

Just come back from 2 weeks in this fantastic Apartment.Everthing you need is here for a great holiday.apartment very clean and tidy.Views from all around the Apartment are fantastic, especially from the roof top terrace,were on many occ it was 40 degrees.Walk down the hill only takes 6 mins and then the many bars and retaurants are there on the playa to the left and right.The swimming pool is also fantastic, were sometimes of the day we had it all to ourselves.
Ken Trott, the owner is very helpful, and will answer all of your questions, as he did with me.
I flew into Murcia Airport,hired a car,(prices have gone up so beware)and made the easy drive to the Apartment via the Toll Road (12.35 Euros)this only takes 90 minutes
I would well recommend this apartment to anyone.

Having stayed in Mojacar for the last 9 years , in a variety of appartments this beats them all.
The owners made us feel very welcome and the appartment was superb, very clean and well maintained
The equipment in the appartment was fantastic , with everything thought of , including birthday candles.
We would reccomend a stay here and will book again for next year.

Apartment well equipped, very clean and well maintained with plenty of space. Solarium was a great place to sit in the evening.
The pool was wonderful and we often had it to ourselves. Quite a walk up the hill, however the peace and quiet well worth the climb. Our children aged 8 and 6 had a fantastic time. Nearby Mojacar Pueblo was well worth a trip. Owners very helpful with lots of tips and information.
