2 new, spacious 2 bedroom apartments with spectacular sea views, 300m from the beach, a quite complex with shared pool. The apartments have air-conditioning for the summer, heating for the winter. 1 double bedroom, en suite with patio doors opening onto the terrace, 1 twin room, both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. 2nd shower room with W.C. Fitted kitchen, washing machine, microwave, etc. and the Lounge/Diner has a Sofa bed, TV, and DVD, Radio/cd/cassette player. There is a large terrace, with wonderful views over the blue Mediterranean Sea, patio table, chairs and Sun Lounger’s. Mojacar beachfront has a good variety of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance of the apartment or a short drive. There are 17km of unspoilt Beaches. The Climate is perfect all year round and boasts the best record for dry warm weather in the whole of Spain. Romantic Mojacar old town with cobbled kasbar streets and cool courtyards 5 mins. There are 4 good golf courses, 30min drive.

The apartment has air-conditioning. 1 Double bedroom, en-suite, with Patio windows opening onto the terrace, fitted wardrobes. 1 twin room with fitted wardrobes, a further shower room with toilet and hand basin. Fully fitted kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, oven hob & washing machine. Well equipped with cooking utensils and ample crockery and cutlery. The Lounge/Diner has tiled floors and a pine dining table and there is satellite TV, DVD, Radio/CD/cassette player, patio windows that open onto the large terrace. The terrace has sun loungers and table and chairs The nearby swimming pool is shared and is enclosed by a security fence.

Mojacar is an ancient Moorish village at the foothills of the Sierra Cabrera with twisting cobbled streets, old arches and doomed houses stacked one above the other and overlooking the sea .It is filled with superb restaurants,boutiques,charming squares and has fantastic views of the sea and mountains. There are many fiestas to delight visitors and the indigenous people are very welcoming. Mojacar is aptly named and famous trough out Spain as El Rincon del Embrujo. The Corner of Enchantment. This south Eastern tip of Spain averages only 15 days of rain per year with winter daytime temperature rarely dropping below 16 degrees C. Mojacar borders to the west the CABO DE GATA-NIJAR National Park which stunning scenery varying from Mountain to Desert To the incredible coast line with Beautiful fishing villages, breath taking beaches rugged cliffs, rare & beautiful flowers. To the East is the fishing Town of Garracha & inland a few Km the town of Vera. Both have colourful Markets.

The property was not very clean, certainly not well-maintained, bulbfailures- missing bulbs -, extractor-fan in the kitchen not working, old stuff, especially on the terrace: rusty dryingframe, sunshade not usuable anymore, cleaning tools too dirty to use, the pool was not been taken care of anymore so could not be used.

The property management did attend correctly to our complaints but it was quite frustrating to keep on calling upon them while trying to enjoy your holidays.

There is no way you can classify this apartment as luxury.

We certainly had not expected to share our apartment with cockroaches! Wharever we tried to avoid, it did not help, they showed up almost every day during our stay!!!!

The size of the terrace was good and there were really good seaviews.
