The Climate is perfect all year round and boasts the best record for dry warm weather in the whole of Spain. Romantic Mojacar old town with cobbled kasbar streets and cool courtyards 5 mins. There are 4 good golf courses, 30min drive.

The Large Patio (35sq m) has a large sun blind to give shade if needed, and has superb views of the Sea. There is a lockable garage below the apartment.
